  1. Great post Dave Be safe. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  2. I had it done on a friday and was jumping again the following weekend. But the only reason was because we were in training for the Nationals. Though dont forget not everyone heals the same. I had a friend just simply jump off a work bench (about 18" from sitting to the floor) and the next day his nuts were the size of grapefruits! Dont take any chances and take some time off and heal the right way. SLOWLY. Or your nuts will pay you back for it! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  3. Hey wait! I think you forgot to post his picture of his new tattoo also, so I did it for you. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  4. Looks like a King Snake. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  5. Thats how you know it's a BASE canopy. It could have been in a skydiving container though.... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  6. Your no Jimmy Duranty! But do you think Homer has big lips? www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  7. You can see from the deployment that there is no D bag, so you know it a BASE rig. And judging from how FAST he is unzipping I bet he's pretty low. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  8. Yep. The dives were LONG and FUN! Or how about being able to do a full dirt dive in the plane on the way to altitude. I've even packed a 2nd rig on the way up! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  9. Relax and Focus... It can be closer than you think.
  10. Jeff I'm glad I'm not the only one suggesting you stay with a larger canopy for your "experience" level. As I told you before. I dont want to visit you in the hospital or worst. The hot summer of long spots has only just begun. Heed the words of wisdom Grasshopper. Maybe I should start a poll about when one of your students stops listening to thier Instructor? www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  11. Good luck! Relax and enjoy. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  12. Yes. But you should see the fleet the Royal Thai Airforce has of the Basler modified DC3's. So quiet and smooth. I had the pleasure of flying in one for a few hours as we flew over to look at another AF Base in Thailand during bad weather looking for another LZ. Thats probably the only type I'd ever care to jump again.... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  13. He said "the one on the right". Looks like a guy to me? Ewwwww www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  14. How about let her start it when she feels like it.
  15. Do a poised exit from the step as you would normaly do facing the prop. Have your passenger climb on you as you stay small enough not to inflate your wings and get pulled off. Then just do a count and step to the right enough to miss the step. Facing the rear and diving takes some practice even when doing a solo.... Have fun!
  16. Now thats something you'll only want to do ONCE! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  17. Or even worst, peeing in your dry suit www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

    1st Cruise

The bad thing about scuba diving during a cruise is that if you happen to get "bent", or have syptoms of the "bends" after your dive you'll be kicked off the ship by the medical doctor and NOT allowed to remain on the boat, and it will sail WITHOUT you. Even if you ask for oxygen after your dive the doctor has the right to assume you have the bends. I know this from experience during the 5 days I spent in Mexico a couple years ago with all my belongings on the ship. Plan ahead and get travel insurance! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  20. Hell re-upholster that chair!? How about get some cutaway and reserve handles to match first! Or if not atleast change them! Cutaway should be green for GO! Reserve should be red for STOP! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  21. If you are going to jump a 190 to be safer, get a bigger reserve and an AAD also..... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
  22. One of the things people tend to forget is "SKYDIVING IS DANGEROUS!" Too many people just think currency under the USPA's "recommended" 1 jump every 30 days is good enough to be safe? If you are going up with an Instructor when you do those "recommended" jumps, you might be. But if you think you are on top of your game when you just show up at the DZ now and then to do your 1 jump, your sadly mistaken. Her canopy she was jumping is just fine for her body weight. And if you notice her main is BIGGER than her 160 reserve and she has ONE AAD? Does she think she will be under her main when she's unconcious? Who will pull it for her? Her reserve will not just pop out by itself! My "recommendation" remains the same, sorry. Her choice is to listen to it or not. But I can say if her main reason is to be safer for her daughters sake, though it sounds harsh is, choose a sport she can do with her daughter...... 24. As long as the "weekend warrior" exists as an Instructor, the Tandems or AFF's will go up, yet the Instructors rates will remain the same....... www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
