Look here Lodi Helicopter www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com -
The Parachute Center in Lodi now has new addition to the 2 Otters and the Beech 99. It's an A Star Helicopter! It's a French made 5 place helicopter coming EVERY weekend to the DZ for $40 jumps to 8000+ft. The freeflyers have been launching some awesome hanging upside down from the skids exits, along with some great Birdman and RW stuff too. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

How tight do tandem instructor's harness their student?
bodypilot1 replied to TALONSKY's topic in Tandem Skydiving
You have taken some dead ones? ***Students will sometimes complain. Adjust the harness as you see fit for safety. With just 22, trust me, you'll hear alot more.... Just be safe -

When your student lands with the plane
bodypilot1 replied to EricTheRed's topic in Safety and Training
Single Instructor jumps. ALWAYS ride the plane down with them. 2 Instructor jumps. I always make my reserve side ride it down with them! www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com -

Stick with having a good diet and eating good food! Dont think that supplements will get you a better or healthier body! Plenty of water, protien and carbs to keep your exersizes at a high level of intensity are what you you should be striving for! REST the muscle groups your work sufficently and let them repair, and you get good results. If you are going to take a supplement such as Creatine, plenty of water is a MUST though. Be FAITHFUL to each workout and mix it up so your muscles dont get used to the same old thing. Keep your workouts at a high level of intensity, and dont mope through a workout. Make it fun. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com

Hey Jeff Download the USPA SIM manuel and look at the minimum opening altitude of an A lisenced skydiver. 2. All students and A-license holders--3,000 feet AGL USPA SIM Thought you may have pulled higher than 2000ft and had a LONG snivel, try and look at your altimeter during that time also. You dont want to ride that sniveling canopy to the ground do you? As for opening next to someone, yes, you do move all over the sky when you are trying to sit fly. Just as you did today when I jumped with you in Lodi. A longer count before exiting for better seperation is the key. Talk to whom ever is going out after you also about giving you time before they jump, or try and go out LAST. Also, you forgot to mention that someone that was recommended by the Skydance staff was telling you when to go, so it's partly their fault for not telling you to jump without enought seperation for the type of skydive you were doing. I'll see you in Lodi. Be safe. www.WestCoastWingsuits.com www.PrecisionSkydiving.com
