  1. The former president suffers from a form of Parkinson's disease that has mainly confined him to a wheelchair in the past year. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  2. First they came for your nitrates, then the artisanal cheese "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  3. removes 90% of the flouride "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  4. ryoder is mostly harmless "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  5. According to the manual a Vigil is required to have batteries at 10 years if they have not been replaced already. This is not much of a cost for a Vigil II but for the original I think a battery pack is ~140 "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  6. 40 pack jobs or 25 deployments. Age is not a factor. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  7. Unless there is a life limit listed in the manual (and I didn't see one but I went through it quickly) it can be certified in the US as long as a rigger finds it airworthy and is willing to pack it. Some US riggers will not pack reserves more than 20 yrs old but this is an arbitrary limit and not something required by any rules. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  8. And Mars container. Thanks for that addition. I did not know that. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  9. Skyhook is available on the Vector, Icon, and Javelin systems I believe. Wings has the "Boost" MARD. Mirage is not able to be fitted with a skyhook. They have been working on their own MARD called DRX (direct reserve extraction) and have quite a bit about it on their website. I can't find via a quick search (since I am at work) whether it is in commercial release or not and whether it could be retrofitted. I haven't seen one on the Mirages I've packed but I have only packed a couple. I'm sure somebody more knowledgeable will be along shortly. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  10. They are advertising for a sales and marketing director. They state they will post customer service rep positions in July. They are not accepting instructor applications at this time. The website still lists a fall 2014 opening. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  11. Is riggerlee involved in this project? I think this is similar to some of the work he does "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  12. The Vigil 2 does not need maintenance. It does need batteries when they start running low or at 10 years but on the II that can be done by your rigger (but not on the Vigil 2+ when that is introduced). The argus requires a check every 4 years. Currently Chuting Star is doing those (and others may be as well) but one risk you take with an Argus is that support from vendors (and also replacement parts) will no longer be available. You may also find some riggers are reluctant to pack the Argus (and it is not approved for all rigs). Service for the Argus is $200. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  13. Worst reasoning ever. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  14. Not according to the prison justice system when it comes to pedophilia. It seems that the public also views sexual predators as the bottom feeders of society. They tend to be more skeptical of their capacity to rehabilitate. pedophilia in particular has an extremely high rate of recidivism. The public's skepticism of their capacity to rehabilitate is back by lots of academic research. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  15. Try on your buddys' helmets. Go to a boogie where there are vendors and try those on. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  16. It is worse than this, there are jumpers who post on here all the time about modifying their emergency procedures and lowering their hard-deck because they have a Skyhook. I think that is awful (and not the Skyhook's fault). "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  17. If USPA is trying to cover this incident up they are doing a lousy job of it. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  18. Can you link to any of those incidents? I remember we went down this road before and it turned out that essentially you'd mistaken "suffered no long term effects" with "died". Without making any judgments on the merits of these particular cases: http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/college-student-jumped-didn-fall-denver-hotel-balcony-eating-marijuana-cookie-article-1.1761176 http://denver.cbslocal.com/tag/richard-kirk/ "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  19. I wasn't really thinking about that, just pointing out that this is a classic example of how the end result is counter-intuitive to logic - a result so often the case in US drugs laws. A similar example would be how many (most?) US states' laws penalize crack cocaine much more harshly than for equal-weight amounts of powdered cocaine. No that is totally explainable and logical since mostly white people use powder. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  20. Jury nullification is the way to beat a lot of sense back into the system at this point. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  21. An escrow agent is the way to go for both sides. Use your DZO or rigger. I have escrowed quite a few deals. I have never charged a fee. My DZO has escrowed deals for me as well, he does not charge a fee. If the deal is contingent on an inspection you should say that up front. You would need to pay for the inspection. 22. WV has the Mount Storm Wind Farm and Mountaineer Wind Energy farm near Thomas. Also the Beech Ridge Wind Farm in Greenbrier Co. Those things are very impressive to view but represent only a fraction of the energy your state needs. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  23. Are you sure about that? "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  24. If it is stock then it is unlikely you can get all the options (and only the options) that you want. They are already built and no further customization is available. You are probably overrating how "custom" the custom fit rig is. Get measured for a new one and see what the MLW and yoke you need and that will be as custom as you are ever going to get. I believe the lead time for a custom wings rig is only ~5 weeks if that is what you want. "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
  25. We can't miss you if you won't go away "What if there were no hypothetical questions?"
