I am aware of at least one that settled out of court. The problem is that with the OP, he is a physician. There is an assumption of wealth there, and high potential for continuing to take a healthy portion of his paycheck in a lawsuit victory. This may or may not be true depending on profession. Like I said before, this is why I gave up my AFF rating, and won't get a tandem rating. It's just not worth the extra risk from these sue-happy meat sacks, especially to potentially lose my current/future income/practice for a few extra thousand a year.

Quite a few travel to the FLCPA throughout the 1st 5 months of the year. Also Cali has a organized league as well. Hell Nationals is right after the last meet of the FLCPA season. Plenty of time to train and compete, if you want to. This year was my first nationals, and with the exception of the Hawaii and CO guys, there were very few new faces from the FL league. VA winters are no frozen north, but I sure as shit don't enjoy jumping here from Nov-Feb.

I'm unclear on this: 1) Isn't this evil "line dump" exactly what this bag does the moment the flap releases? 2) If not, and line dump is when the locking stows come loose first and the canopy beats the lines "out of the bag" - then how is this any better? 3) I thought #2 was bag strip. I gave up my AFF rating when I finished residency for this very reason. Edit: If you want to continue, you can ask your insurance agents about Umbrella policies that are strict liability policies. That should cover you if it all goes to hell. I do not know details beyond that idea however.

Trunk - The color / curve corrections show the exposure problems - but even then DSLR can have exposure issues. Even not full screen they lack sharpness and then sky appears muddled. I mean you could sell them, but surely nothing I would be proud of as a photographer.
