  10. I use Turtle wax and buffed it out to tak eall the texture away and the snow hasn't stuck since I reapplied it again last year when we moved. so not exactly shure how long it will last but as worked well for me. 11. The other problem is remote trunk releases in the glove box or ext to the seat on some cars they work without the key in the ignition that’s how I had a laptop and a bunch of stuff stolen out a rental car. I’ve disconnected them in the cars we own. Blond star if you ever have the opposite happen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1ns2Rx9KRyc . SO this one time at band camp..... 13. ya that’s exactly what I would have done but one of the nice officers in a not so nice tone directed him where to pull over and the two nice officers where still dealing with the douche 30 min latter after when we were heading back home. He probly parks at the commuter parking lit 5 min down the road and takes the train down town. I take the train as well and thought I’d take my passload cordless nailer in my trunk and if I see his car in the parking lot would leave a gental remind on is car with a dozen or so poppies nailed to it. 14. So found out I got another contract for a company that really excited to work for and another day I get to spend time with my boys but I feel I want to lash out. also today Cpl. Nicolas Raymond Beauchamp, 28, of the 5th Field Ambulance, and Pte. Michel Lévesque, 25, of the Royal 22nd Regiment came home today. They landed in Trenton and were take in motorcade along Highway 401 recently renamed the Highway of Heroes to the coroner’s office. Along the over passes on the route from Trenton to downtown Toronto as has been done in the past for each returning soldier Police Ambulances and fire trucks with lights flashing marked their presence out of respect. I live 5 minuet walk from the Highway and was their again for today’s motorcade I had taken my son with me and as we waited one of the lane were blocked on the bridge with the police fire and ambulance this slowed some traffic but not that much really for the area. Then one person to really brought my day down for me. As he was delayed at a light and having to merge due to the blocked lane he rolls down his window and ask what the hell is taking so long and why is every one just standing around they should be busy moving to clear this mess look at the traffic delays. A cop tells him why they are here and there is not that much delay and he should just move along. It was his comment that hit like a sucker punch. “Who gives a fuck their dead I’m sitting in traffic for this?” It pissed me off to no end that some one could be as callous that that an extra 3-5 min in traffic was bad enough for someone behave like that it really brought me down especially having lost friends in Afghanistan, seeing other come back and their not the same person that left, it really hit home when my son who is 7 and autistic could se that behavior was not acceptable and commented that that was a mean thing to say. Nine days after Remembrance Day and two more troops coming home that won’t be going home to their families and people have already forgotten or really never cared. They are pissed at traffic delays, Passing the motorcade as just another big incontinences to their way to where ever they are going. Lest We Forget For some one some where every day is Remembrance day and they deserver our respect always not just once a year. SO this one time at band camp..... 15. 214,000. Doctors are not forced to work in particular cities so it all depends on how you look at it and if a doctor wants to live in a town such as Windsor. No different in the US really doctors work where they want SO this one time at band camp..... "Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most."
  16. So your system doesn't allow for adequate doctors? Or are they just incompetent because of a lack of competition? How many cities or towns in the US have to send people to specialist located in other cities and hospitals? It has nothing to do with the system we have but where the closest specialist is and getting the person there as quick as possible for the treatment if that happens to be in Detroit compared to London or Toronto even with a flight is more then the 10 -15 min transport across the border then that’s the decision that is made what is best for the patient and the cost is still covered by the province. 17. These Quake LAN parties are out of control PFY since you’re new on the job to familiarize you self you get to label all these You know, when you make those patch cables you can cut them to size no need to use the whole spool for each one. "I thought each patch cable was to be color coded for each use ?" "They are." "But there all yellow" "I told you I was color blind so it looks all the same to me either way so welcome to my world." I told you it was a bad idea not to supervise the interns on that final project you gave them. SO this one time at band camp..... "Of all the things I've lost I miss my mind the most."
  18. Depends where you live References fall into the area of defamation, which includes saying things that are untrue about you, giving information that tends to malign your character or painting you in a false light. Truth is not considered defamation. Neither is an honest opinion based in truth. Defamation comes from being reckless about what is said or from ill will against the person being defamed. This misnomer that employers can not give a bad reference has gotten many people in to a bind by loosing potential positions. Ask the person you wish to use as to be one (nothing worse then your reference getting a call out of the blue and you didn’t inform them you were using them as one) and have a discussion about the position you are applying for and be selective on who you use as a reference and weather they are in a relevant position to give a good reference. If you are supplying a character reference who are you asking to be a reference and remember in this day and age of the internet is their anything negative about that person. Calling references is the last step I do and I feel it rude to interrupt and fatigue a person’s reference unless they are the selected person to be hired. Also mans I’m not wasting my time chasing and calling people that I may not even hire. I guard my references well and will only give them out after been offer a position and if they balk at this or want to check references before an interview I refuse and move on. (My case is a little bit different as some times I may do 4-5 short project contracts in a year and don’t want to flood people that have been good reference to me in the past.) Patience is good but also keeping in touch with them and showing continued interest is good as well without overdoing it. Good luck !!! http://www.shawvalenza.com/pubs/Job_References.pdf http://www.twc.state.tx.us/news/efte/job_references.html P.S. Relax you should do fine SO this one time at band camp..... 19. I would get business insurance specifically. You should be able to get content insurance with out an issue as there is a big difference between content and liability insurance. I don’t do rigging but do run my business form my home and my home owners insurance would not cover any business related equipment that I owned or clients, and with some of the equipment I have in my house at times would have left me in debt 6 lifetimes over if I any thing were to happen so I have contents separate to make sure I’m covered. I take out liability insurance when carrying out work physically on a client site. Also I would highly recommend to incorporate (cost me $400 here in Ontario) that way if any thing were to happen in a legal sense the corporation carries the risk and you are isolated on your personal finances and such. Unless you do over 30,000 a year in sales or income you don’t need to get a GST number (Besides corporations have a lower tax rate) SO this one time at band camp..... 25. Unless it's an active crime scene the media is standing in the administration has no right to order police to prevent them from reporting on public spaces or property or and much as I can draw to hate the media the use of a police force or other government agency anywhere to prevent the free working and reporting of the media in a public space detests me more then my hatred towards the media Unless it's an active crime scene the media is standing in the administration has no right to order police to prevent them from reporting on public spaces or property or and much as I can draw to hate the media the use of a police force or other government agency anywhere to prevent the free working and reporting of the media in a public space detests me more then my hatred towards the media It may be the day to day operation of the school, city hall, a business, protest, speech, ect.ect. ect. Doses not allow the police to interfere or prevent the media from working on public property period! This is a trend being seen more and more of the police interfering or prevent the media from working. As much as I hat most media and look at it with a very critical eye if we allow this to continue to happen or turn a blind eye to it then we do not have any media or stories being reported to have us to look at and ask critical question.
