  1. You got so many jumps, old as a grandpa and still don't know?
  2. Why don't you want to skydive with pilot's bailout rig?
  3. Hi, Is there any rigger in EU willing to make H or Roq mod on a Cobalt 135? Thank you! g
  4. I think P3 has a bit more wing area. I go for P3.
  5. Put an H-mod and a 600lb Technora line set on it! I consider the Sabre I to be about number three on the list of hard opening canopies..... Cheers, MEL What is the TOP 5? #1 ? #2 ? #3 PD Sabre 1 #4 ? #5 ?
  6. Too bad that was not a skydive. It was a great stunt although. They could have done more rounds, so many boxes left.
  7. That is a really strange idea. I don't think there would be a round system with BOC opening system. Is there any benefit? I can't see any. I did 9 round jumps, I'm not planing to have more.
  8. My Triathlon(ZP, dacron) opens slowish.
  9. I'm aware of that. Anyway that list was from Canopy model and manufacturer.
  10. Onyx from parachute-shop.com. What is wrong with that?
  11. Here is an example from Finland, what canopies A,B license holders and under 200 jump can use: list1 list2 Stiletto is not on that list, so it should be elliptical...
  12. Unless you mean Ghost3 instead, your statement is incorrect. Unless you read the whole post. Phantom3 is not for beginners only. I don't believe in "THE FINAL" suit. It is bad buying a suit for the future or I would grow in............
  13. You friend is wrong. Phantom3 is not a beginner suit. We don't know a thing about you, but you should not buy anything, but Shadow or Phantom3.
  14. You are jumping a big, open nose canopy. It re-inflates really fast. You might get dragged on the ground in higher winds.
  15. Why the first? The first jump is blind. You are curious and you want to know...., but you know what you can expect after than.
  16. Why have you done it? You don't need that with Spectre at all.
  17. As long as you find good reasons for convincing me otherwise. So what would keep your rolls intact? Specially on a long sniveling canopy?
  18. Not everyone needs an elliptical canopy.
  19. Think. A hat would fly off your head even from a hop-and-pop jump. Why do you think your roll would stay intact in a 100 mph wind? I don't mind if you even run 3 rounds around your rig clockwise if that gives you better opening.
  20. Great! RAX is out, free to use and TSO'd for some H/C system already.
  21. Brian Germain got some prototype like that. They were quite complex to make with a really little benefit over the x-braced canopies. Dead end..
  22. It is quite funny that good judgement would develop only after 500 jumps.
  23. Is this rolling the nose BS never die? You got a device which controls the speed of opening. Why to fix something which is ain't broken? Why do you think that your roll has any effect in 100 mph wind? I got a jump on Neos 104. I've packed like anything else. It opened soft and swiveled long.
