  1. In 79 Streaker and I adopted the most wonderful little creature. She is 30 this year, and finally decided to look for her biological mother. We have always encouraged her to be open to her biomom, and so she mentioned it to her mother in law who works for the IRS. Mom in law looked up about 30 years of records and found bio mom. Soooo,, my question is to anyone who is adopted, or is related to, or knows anyone who is adopted, or has given up someone for adoption. I want to be really open to, and show my thanks to this person who made such an incredible sacrifice for me and my family, but I don't want to overwhelm her. I would love to spend some time showing her old pictures. and would love to have everyone in our family write a one word impression of what our daughter was like at age 5, or 10 so this wonderful lady would be able to be a part of the 30 years that she missed. Do you think I am putting too much into this? or do you think I should do more? Perhaps I am just a little close to the situation, and a little too emotional, since I have wondered about this day for the last 30 years. skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]

  4. RUN! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! Hey, we've been together for 36 years and I still LUST after Streaker! I can hardly wait to see him again! I remember walking in on my mom and dad having sex in the kitchen when they had been married for 32 years. It's VERY important! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  5. Yea?! So where they heck have YOU been! All the party people drop in for a day, and then leave. We need ya buddy! Don't leave! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  6. Might I suggest never putting anything in a company email you wouldn't want read in court. I would especially avoid words like; kill, death, blood, rampage when referring to anyone. That said, I have been known to whistle the tune the Scarecrow sang in "The Wizard of Oz." I am gonna BLARE "Ding Dong the Witch is Dead" when my neighbor finally chokes to death on those ugly 200 extra pounds she's dragging around! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  7. I always think of "Poppy" on Jerry Seinfeld. Making pizza dough, not washing hands.....YUK! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  8. How long did you have the car? How many miles were on the car when you got it? How many when they towed it away? You should find these things out if you plan on disputing it. Unless the oil was already low when you got the car, there should have been time to pull over and call, tow and not blow, and the mileage should prove it. Also, what make and model of car? We had a Mercury that had THREE engines in it's first 6 months of life because of a defect. We gave it back when the third engine was needed. It had less than 15,000 total miles on it. skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]

    hi

Glad you are coming to visit the US! There are lots of dz's that are open every day (or most days) of the week. When will you be here, and do you have an expected area of the county that you would like to visit? How long will you be staying? I have been to dz's in Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Illinois, Minn, Wis that would all be happy to have you visit. I know that there are many in Arizona and California that also fall into that category. This country is huge and knowing your general vinicitiy would help us guide you to a great dz! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  10. tranny shop, skydivers, California, my mind went someplace else entirely! Gus was great fun and a terrific guy! Thanks for reminding us! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  11. I'm glad to be working a decent amount again, at the wage I was earning 2 years ago. I'd take a raise as any kind as a terrific vote of confidence by my employer. This has bee a terrible economy, and in our area of the country, unemployment has been this high since 1982 when International Harverster and Case closed their plants here. Be happy, it means things are turning around. A little bit, but at least turning around! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]

  17. I would give my house to a huge Mexican family that loves stock cars, and I would buy them a couple of cars to play with loudly in the middle of the night. I would buy a dz in the midwest somewhere, and add a nice bunkhouse to it, also it would have a swimming pool and putt putt golf for non jumping family members. There would be pool tables and a bar, dart games and live bands every weekend. I would hire the Airboss from the WFFC to pick out a cool plane and retro it to be the coolest most desirable jumpplane ever. Then I would hire the TallSlut from the WFFC to drive a huge motorhome from dz to dz for me to live in. French Patrick would be taking pics of all of the fun we were having non stop. 3 weeks a month we would all be on the road hosting impromptu parties at various dz's and hauling anybody who wanted to go with us from dz to dz, and one week a month we would be at our own dz where the party would still be in full swing from the last time we were home. NO I have thought about it much.... skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]

  19. We adopted a beautiful little girl 30 years ago. I knew before I got married and had my boys that I was going to adopt a little girl, and luckily, I married a man who supported and loved me through it all. My daughter recently found her biological mother. Her b'mom never had any other kids. When my daughter asked her about it, she said she just knew that it wasn't the right thing for her to do, and she never regretted the decision, and that she was really happy that we had mad the choice to adopt. It was the perfect choice for all of us. No, I don't think you are strange, and I don't think someone else should try to talk you into it. skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
