    FYI

I have decided that the next time I have to go to the ER, I am going to use an accent and a totally fictitious name. Bet that will work at the DMV, too. Funny thing at our DMV last time I was there. (Illinois) I was standing in line behind two ladies. One says to the other "I didn't know you moved back!?!" The other one says "Yea, I had to come in and get a new drivers license since I moved back to this State" The First lady says, "Where were you living?" The second one says "Chicago" skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  3. My 3 yr old Grand Daughter said "We should eat some ice cream" I told her I didn't have any. She said "you should look in your freezer, you MIGHT have some!" skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  4. She was really excited about her new Cabanna Boy? Aren't we all? I LOVE my Cabana boy! He brings me Margaritas and massages my feet! He's worth getting lost for....in.... skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  5. Never underestimate a woman's ability to get lost when there are no malls to landmark by. How was she to know that the nearest mall was like, 50 years away? skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  6. Of course. You know what they say about leaving something for the imagination! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  7. Did you ask him if he puts in the time to make it worthwhile for her, or is she just a way of getting himself off? This bears repeating! Usually when I hear men complaining that they never get sex, I remember a friend of mine who asked me if I ever had an orgasm. She had been married for 18 years, and had never had one. I told her she was talking to the wrong person. I am the luckiest woman in the world! Streaker and I have been married for just about 37 years, and he still knocks my socks off! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]

  12. Glad you ain't dead! I'm glad I ain't dead, also. You know going thru something like this will definitely give one pause about their lifestyle and priorities. 15. Hey Gabe! Welcome, be sure to tell your wife thank you for being the wife of a serviceperson, from me. Thank you for taking care of all of us! Just a little information, there is also a really good dz in WI, called TriState Skydivers right on 61 not far from Dubuque Iowa. You will find that all of the midwest skydiving groups are really nice to deal with, and have a lot of comraderie. I'll look forward to meeting you and your wife this year! skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  16. I haven't taken the time to check SDChicago website, but Summerfest is usually during this same period, so if you fly from nyc to chicago, and rent a car, you can make a short side trip to Ottawa for the boogie. It's always terrific, and they will really make you feel at home. I spent 8 days at Oshkosh last year, and barely got familiar with the ground. It is THAT big. REALLY! I would echo the camping sentiment. There is so much that goes on at Oshkosh day and night, and everything you need to live on is there, somewhere. There is really NO reason to leave. Last year a huge new shower house was built by the volunteers, and if I hadn't been lucky enough to be camping in Scholler Park by the showers and Big REd Barn Grocery Store, I would have camped by the new showers. Inside of the grounds, no car travel is permitted, but they have fabulous shuttles and an easy to follow map, so that you can get around the grounds just fine. If you go, be sure to find the Catholic Church food stand, they have better, cheaper meals than any of the others. It took me 3 days to find it. I finally asked. (Man was I hungry by then!LOL!) skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]

  23. heaven on earth. truly We used to go to the Durant Iowa POlKA FEST every year. It was like 10 bucks to get in, beer was a buck and EVERYWHERE. The entire town was flowing and thousands of people (literally) were there. It was incredibly fun, and almost worth the UmPah Band on every corner. skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  24. Sounds like you'd pay the price of two albums. What's that these days? I'm going to a "heart" concert, outdoors, Ely Mn in Dec. I think it's something like 75 bucks a ticket. Did I tell you it's outdoors? In Dec? IN MINNESOTA? It's my Christmas present from Streaker, but the real present is all of the suffering he is going to be doing. Not the price tag. skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
  25. Alanab and all. I have carried this brochure with me for several years. You never know when it may be needed. Lifeline Pilots 1800 822 7972 The brochure says "The Shortest Distance between Home and Hope" Connecting people in need with FREE air transport *to obtain medical treatment * for scheduled organ transplant service *for special humanitarian service *for medical evalutation I hope that this is helpful to you, and I suggest that all of you post it at your dz. I found it at mine. Beth skydiveTaylorville.org [email protected]
