  1. I don't. The last ticket was really annoying. I got it for not using my turn signal...which I really did use (no matter how bad of a driver I am...I always use my turn signals.) There was a problem with my car, though, so the lights didn't actually flash when I used my signal. I could've contested it, but, since I didn't have vacation time accrued yet, it would've cost me more to take off work than to pay the ticket. I also got towed when they passed a law but didn't post any signs. Once again, I could've gone to court, but it would've cost more to take off work. I hate driving. I love the train. 2. This past weekend, I walked into the show, and someone said, "Hi, Chellcy!!!" She's skinnier and prettier and a WAY better dancer (she's just amazing!) but other than that, I guess I can kind of see the resemblence....kinda.... There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  3. 0:4:0 I did some bellyflying at Hinckley this past weekend, and thanks to the Sirens and Rubicon for letting me sit in on their debriefs with Chromy!
  4. I'll be contributing my laugh and smile and maybe...just maybe.....my drunken ramblings! (and some RB initiations! ) There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  5. I believe that the most important thing is to do what makes you happy as long as it doesn't infringe on anyone else. I think that's all I believe! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  6. I don't believe in anything because there is no god. However, if there is a god, I doubt that something that complex could be understood by humans and fully explained in one book. I'm open to the possibility that a higher power exists, I just don't think it does. I could be wrong, and that's fine. My brother and his wife believe in god and go to church every Sunday morning with their boys. Sometimes, they take Bible classes throughout the week, and they read religious texts suggested by their pastor. This works for their family, and it makes them happier. They know that there is the possibility that they are wrong, and they are okay with it. They understand that what's best for their family may not be the best for every other family. Yup...seizures in certain areas of the brain can produce a "touched by God" feeling (that's a really bad way to put it....) I think religion can give people hope when they are at their lowest point....to know that there is something wonderful and good coming. Nothing really...just a different point of view (I'm excluding the...ahem...more extreme religious folks from this.) I think everyone understands what "makes sense" to them in regards to religion...and my guess is that it's different for everyone...even amongst non-believers. 10. I will....would....was supposed to. You stood me up! Seriously, anyone in touch with Val? Emailed me earlier today and was going to call me when she got it at 5:30. It's almost 9 now. Hoping she's ok. Are you new? Have you NOT heard about me pulling a Val on almost everyone here? Of COURSE I stood you up! I'm not going to be in Philly 'til the 25th Sorry if I caused some confusion....I usually do. Hope you aren't too put off and will still show my 'round Philly! 13. 0:0:0 I went apt shopping, watched a darn cool show, and celebrated my nephew's fifth birthday!!!! He is oh so cute, and I can't believe that it was five years ago I went to the hospital and held him for the first time. I feel old for agreeing that they do "grow up fast." I also recommend against drinking on an empty stomach. There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning

    ufc 59

Bonnar will! We all thought that Tito barely won the third round (and most of us were rooting for Forrest....it makes Bonnar look better if he would've won! ) I think I'm the only one who likes Tito better than Shamrock....they're both cocky, but Shamrock has this pretentious/arrogance thing about him, too. 15. 0:4:0 I did some GREAT dives with some of the ladies from the Chicago Sirens. They are so much fun and really freaking awesome in the sky. I watched UFC 59 w/my brother and company, and yes, Tito should've won (barely, though). I can't believe the Russian dude lost, and I can't believe I'm gonna miss Gracie and Huges fight. The rest of the weekend was spent with my wonderful nephews, and I studied. Studying sucks There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  16. BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I guess no one will hang out with me! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  17. My company lied...again! They are sending me to Baltimore, and I have the night of Wed. the 26th free if anyone is interested in hanging out with me! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  18. On a Saturday night a week before they began the construction on the Dan Ryan, the area where they are doing the construction on the Borman was backed up, making a less than 30 minute trip well over an hour. Last Saturday morning, the Borman was backed up (sometimes, there is a detour forcing you off of 80 which causes the back up.) I've taken the Skyway/Dan Ryan a couple of times in the past week since I've had to drive to work. It didn't take me much longer than it normally takes me to get to work...10 mins at the most. I leave for work at about 7:30 am. My dad had to drive into the city, and he told me that it wasn't that bad taking the Skyway. Like I said, from my perspective, I've had worse experiences with the Borman than with the Skyway/Dan Ryan. I'm sure other people have had other experiences. 19. 0:3:0 Nice weekend! Made two awesome jumps with Andyman and some other cool people. Had some fun at dinner on Friday night, and I just want to publicly apologize to craichead for not laughing at me too much...and for not making me work work too much either. Great weekend at Hinckley!
  20. From my perspective, the Skyway/Dan Ryan stretch has been fine. It hasn't been much worse than normal. However, the construction on the Borman makes getting to 294 a freaking pain in the rear. It has been really really awful even at 1 am in that section. You're pretty much screwed no matter how you decide to drive through Chicago. 21. I'm not going to Baltimore at the end of April (I guess the training has been postponed.) I will be out there within the next few months, though! I'll definitely give you a call! There's a thin line between Saturday night and Sunday morning
  22. I'm going to be in Baltimore at the end of April and Philly at the end of May (both times on weekdays)!
