  1. [ Whatever it is, this video is not going to improve my opinion. Does this mean that your opinion is always going to suck?
  2. Whether the second shot was defensive due to clerk's duty to retreat depends on the state law. But the third looks like it may make a homicide. I think the clerk better just hope to go before a jury. Couldn't it be argued that lacking the medical training to rapidly determine weather or not the second shot caused enough damage to render the robber incapacitated, the clerk had no choice but deliver a third shot to be sure that his life was no longer in danger? Besides we can't see what was going on the other side of that clothing rack. Perhaps the perp was raising his weapon for one last shot. After all the video did clearly show the perp pick up his weapon after he had dropped it when he fell but the video does not show if the clerks second shot found it's mark. Perhaps he missed. As to why he moved the body, I'd guess that he did that to avoid a costly carpet cleaning bill. It is not as if the forensic guys would need the body laying in state to determine what had happened. They would use the video for that
  3. So a massacre justifies an invasion? Rwanda 1994 we with the rest of the world did jack to stop it. We just sat on the sideline discussing the sematics of what is genocide. What's worse with this example is that we were buds with Saddam when this was going on. You may notice that at the time the mass killings were taking place in Rawanda and Iraq, Clinton was the boss. Yes he did argue the semantics of what genocide was but then again he also argued the semantics of the word "is". Thank him for our inaction. And actually we were not buds with sadam when he executed those who rose up to over throw him after the first gulf war.
  4. Seems the same way to me. The first two shots seem justified, the third might be a bit dodgy. If some one pulls a gun on me, I'm giving him every bullet I have untill I know that I'm out of danger. I think that was a justified shooting.
  5. Excitment to them is coming home from work and finding out their bags are packed because you're going to spontaneously wisk them off to a secluded bungalow at a five-star resort in Cabo where they'll find chocolates and diamond rings on the bed and a man named Jose waiting to give them a full body massage. Lou ----------------------------------------------------- I hate to say it but I have never thought of doing that. Mind if I steel that idea???
  6. I think that before, durring, and after pics would be the best way to judge your progress
  7. One group, the Sanctity of Life Ministries, condemned "the use of violence to overcome the violence of abortion," but the rest of the "right to life" movement is as quiet as it has been on such issues of life and death as capital punishment, the war in Iraq and the U.S. infant mortality rate, highest in the developed world. Where are the holy men who rushed to Terri Schiavo's bedside, Randall Terry and the rest, and the priests who lecture us on the sanctity of all life, even stem cells? Mr. Rudolph's manifesto echoes themes more temperately expressed in respectable publications and Web sites. Are they at all embarrassed by this terrorism perpetrated in their cause? Where is the president and his "culture of life? ---------------------------------------------------------- Let me see if I have this correct. You want the president to kill only when it suits you? Perhaps you should fill out a job application to become one of his top aids. Then maybe he'll get it right.
  8. While it's sad that a hero has fallen, do not forget that the world was a better place for his being in it. Ring the bell for him
  9. Sorry man. I know you were trying to start a funny thread and it went ahead and hooked it's self in. Better luck next time
  10. You went out with Chuck? I seriously thought of asking her out but life got in the way. What ever happened to her?
  11. Oh yea, and if she is really the right one, then you wont care what she looks like either much less what her name is. I was fortunate that I married a hottie 11 years my junior but guess what, one day she will be old grey and saggie but you know what, I dont care.
  12. If she was cool enough that I would introduce her to my friends then I would not give a fuck. Tell me you couldn't have a relationship with some who looks like Pamila Anderson but her name was actually Bertha. If you still say you couldn't then your full of it Keep in mind that you said relationship. When you find the right one, (if your lucky you will) it wont matter what your dip shit friends say about her.
  13. If someone has trouble because of something as trivial as a first name then I'd hazzard a guess that the person will have trouble with any relation ship they get them selves into because they are far to shallow
  14. even at the wedding I went to the men and women were seperated, and only the groom and his family were allowed on the brides side.reply] Hey yea, I remember that from junior high school only then, when we got "shot down", it was only a metaphor. I guess freeing their country was much eisier than than it will be to free their minds
  15. WRONG. the women in Kabul and elsewhere (with the exception of really remote areas like Waziristan) who wear the burqa choose to wear it. In fact, many of the Afghan women I spoke to told me that the big deal about the Taliban and the Burqa was not the requirement to wear it, but the fact that it could only be white or mustard colored - they perfer the light blue ones. and yes, there most definitely are women in the schools (and elsewhere) that choose NOT to wear burqa with little or no negative concequences. oh, and Afghan women are friggin BEAUTIFUL. no wonder many choose to cover up.... But... but... but.... wait a minuet. I thought that we were an evil empire hell bent on subjecting the world to our way of life and despised by those we have helped. Do you mean to tell me that this may not be the case? I thought that I was on the side of evil. Damn it. Who changed our position? Oh yea, and as for the hotties, remember that young green eyed angel that graced the cover of National Geographic all those years ago? Shes a bit worse for wear these days do to living under those harsh conditions all those years but Im betting there's more where she came from.
  16. registration is the first step before confiscation. Oh wait sorry wrong thread
  17. she is probably a super hero
  18. No way, we know how bad french people smell, so we have a little sympathy for the guy being held down by a frenchman. (for everyone else: that's a joke, unwad your panties and get the humor). As fun as it is to make fun of those cheese eating surrender monkeys, I must say that I have not yet met a French man I didn't like but then again I've never been to France.
  19. I was in DC last October and went to see the white House. As I stood there gazing at it I couldn't help but think that all I would have to do is scale that little fence and take a nice stroll on that impeccabley manicured lawn or perhaps just start a staring contest with the guard at the entrance and all my working days would be over.
  20. Skyrad seems very preoccupied with portraying GWB and the USA in less than favorable light and he does so by way of starting these polls. With each new/lame poll, he attempts to sew the seeds of discontent. Too bad he has nothing else to occupy his life

    Age survey...

Started when I was 21 I'm now 37 and in the twilight of my career
  22. I think it was Buddy Ryan who, when asked why his team was doing so poorly, responded by saying "Well, right not our greatest weeknes if our lack of stregnth, but you should see some improvment as we get better."
  23. After reading this artical, is there any one that doesn't think that the rest of the world is capitalizing on our political correctness? The gangbangers and illegal immigration advocates are pissing in our faces and laughing about it. So much or the "they ALL just want a better life for them selves and their familys" bullshit argument.
