I jump sometimes with a couple of folks from K-State. I'll have to see if they know her. I hate pageants but can't wait to see how she does. As a Kansas girl myself, I hope she kicks some ass and shows those gals how it's done in the Midwest!

For my last two refinances the appraisals consisted of someone driving by my house to make sure the structure was still standing and that's it. Glad these gals were found!

Saw an interview this morning... there has now been a release this morning from WBC about all of this (can't find it yet). The guy that bought the house said that what that release said wasn't fit to talk about because it was so vulgar. Not sure if this is a good thing or not... by painting the house, WBC is back in the national news. Just what they're looking for.

They're having a boogie June 14-16... a little early for your timeframe.
