At the same time, Trump is claiming complete and total immunity for presidents for anything they do..... but he will prosecute Joe Biden? Oh wait, of course... Trump is only talking about himself. As usual. If Trump wins the complete immunity argument at the Supreme Court, then Biden should have Seal Team six assassinate Trump the second the ruling comes down right?

Our constitution is flawed, our system of government is flawed, and most horribly, our system of electing our leaders is flawed. Until Trump showed how easily the so called cornerstone of our democracy, the peaceful transfer of power, could be subverted and thus freed the minority Republican party to show their true colors we've just been perpetuating a pretense with winks and nods. Any idea that the genie can be put back in the bottle anytime soon is just wishful thinking. I think it's as likely as not that in the future America will be known as the place where democracy goes to die.

IMO, it's a combination between the cap size, the side flaps being sewn too far in the corner, the pin cover stiffener too thick and tucked too far in. I've measured 70 mm being tucked in on one of the NexGen sizes. It's ridiculous! Being "freefly friendly" is important, but "reserve deployment friendly" is importanter. Pardon my French Interesting fact is that Aerodyne has 2 cap size RPCs (I believe 5 and 6 inches) and 2 types of cap shapes (flat one and concave), but unlike UPT they haven't published (to my knowledge) a guide which cap size goes into which container size.

Personally, I'd love to see Biden debate Trump on stage, and when Trump says something particularly obnoxious (like maybe a minute or two into the debate), or when he refuses to shut up, Biden just pulls out a pistol and personally puts a bullet into Trump's head. But I'm not a very nice guy about this sort of thing.

despite any presidential primary discussions about Trump 'winning', the GOP are simply not gaining any votes from this issue and stand to lose many over abortion and women's rights in November. much the same as trump not gaining any support because he is under indictment. What support he has might be firming up, but only within the MAGA and right wing.... not the population in general. But the Democrats are POS's for the simple fact that they had the chance to codify women's rights and bodily autonomy in their first term, and never even brought it up for discussion. Even if they were not successful, it would have shown everyone where the two parties stand on the issue of women actually being equal in the country. However, i am not surprised that American does not believe women are equal..... good grief, we elected a black man for president rather that having to stomach electing a woman.

For those not on Facebook, I posted this. February 1971 Ladies Home Journal mentioned in the first Gunther letter. A very similar story to the one he wrote in True in 1962. I suspect it was this 1971 article that triggered something and maybe made someone remember the 1962 article. For those who are looking for someone who ran away and never came back, this is where it came from. The Gunther letters indicate someone not totally satisfied with middle class suburban life. So to rule someone out who never actually disappeared shows a lack of creative thinking, poor knowledge of the book or having not read it at all, or not understanding Gunther’s previous articles. I had actually made a similar mistake when I first started, but once I was set straight by another researcher, I realized these articles existed. That was a few weeks into my research. Yet there are still people parroting this same angle after years of knowing about these articles. I’ll write more over at DZ. BREAK Some additional thoughts. The anti Gunther and anti Smith team continue to grasp at straws. Also, in 1982 there were just not ways to cross check this info like we have now. In 1982 we only just got hold of the 1910 census. No Facebook no military records etc. like we have now. So. NZ Aerosports in NZ (read Jyro here) started Icarus Canopies as a world wide company that would lease his designs out to other well known and already established parachute manufacturers. One in the USA (Precision Aerodynamics) and the other one in Spain (CIMSA). Precision Aerodynamics stopped producing Icarus Canopies in 2001. CIMSA had their agreement pulled about two years ago by Jyro. This was after they started re-designing Jyro's canopies and making their own designs and changes, but still using the Icarus logo/name brand. So CIMSA (Spain) has come up with the Icarus World thing with Bill Legard. Basically Bill is going to warehouse ready built stock here in the USA and offer service for their canopies. Fernando (who owns CIMSA) also owns BRS emergency parachutes that is located in Pinehurst, NC IIRC.This location will be a service center of sorts as I was told. So to clarify, NZ Aerosports is the mother company that owns both Icarus Canopies and Dadielus Project. They are both located in Auckland, NZ and have nothing to do with Icarus World. CIMSA (Icarus World) used to build Icarus Canopies under a License agreement, but no more and has come up with the Icarus World company to sell their canopies. Clear as mud..right? Cheers, MEL"
