Any Democrat who loses should scream fraud, stolen election, and refuse the concede. I am serious. Turn it into a complete shit show. Throw it to the courts. Refuse to leave. Force Republicans to argue that our elections are fair. Hit them hard with what they don't expect: a concerted effort at every level from dog catcher to US Senator. Now that would be worth watching.

That is some incredibly stupid thinking.

To argue that Muslim racism should be used in debate with specific examples of anti-democratic actions of US Christians. Is a prime example of false equivalency. "Religious freedom expert Amanda Tyler, discusses the latest court cases and trends in religious freedom" Christian Nationalism Is ‘Single Biggest Threat’ to America’s Religious Freedom The idea that the fleshing out of anti-democratic Christian actions. Can't occur because it brands everyone the same. Is like saying Nazi fascism can't be addressed because it brands every German as a Nazi. I am talking about the christians that are infiltrating political power in the US. Using the pulpit, dark money, anti LGBT, the ReAwaken America Tour together with the GOP to do so. The same ones funding anti LGBT events and actions in Europe. Below from "Baptist Joint Committee for Religious Liberty," which I endorse. "People of all faiths and none have the right and responsibility to engage constructively in the public square. One’s religious affiliation, or lack thereof, should be irrelevant to one’s standing in the civic community. Government should not prefer one religion over another or religion over nonreligion. Religious instruction is best left to our houses of worship and other religious institutions. These are among the core values that are at the center of the initiative and part of a statement that anyone who identifies as a Christian is invited to sign."

You are missing the point. Muslims are terrorists. This can be proven by listing all the terrorism that they engage in throughout the world. And that is as true, and just as supportable, as the statement that Christians don't believe in democracy - which again you proved by listing all the anti-democratic things they've done. If you think "that's absurd!" to one but think "yeah that's right" to the second - you have identified a disconnect in your thinking.

I have never said that they are "all like that". I objected and refuted Bill's suggestion when: " I never said that all Christians are GOP fascists. But they themselves have recognized political power and become political animals to pursue religious objectives." The US constitution separating religion and government. The Johnson Amendment and the tax freedom that religions are privileged with. Are there for a reason. To separate religion from politics associated with the state. If Muslims used tax freedom status. Used the mosques to fund raise, direct political actions to seize control of government and the courts. To gain control of school curriculums, voting and lobbying. All for a purpose to inhibit the freedom, or impose a religious advantage to the followers of Allah using the power or authority of the state. Upon the non believing public. I would say the same about them. Both of you fail to recognize the danger of Christian nationalism and religious affiliation with governance. This is how religious nationalism goes wrong. Buddhists Go to Battle: When Nationalism Overrides Pacifism No this isn't 20 years ago. Just as the Russian Orthodox church(Christian) is working for Putin today to kill Ukrainians.

Going back to the 90's; Richard Mack was a Sheriff in Arizona also. When the Brady Bill passed, he told his constiutents that he would not enforce it. That wound up going to the USSC (Under Clinton) and the USSC found that Mack did NOT have to enforce the Brady Bill. Mack became emboldened and developed a following eventually leading to the "Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association." Mack went on to be involved in Jan 6th etc. etc. Since R's support the LEO's much more financially and vocally and the D's want to "Defund the Police;" the LEO's align with the R's. Unfortunately, most Sheriffs aren't well educated beyond the 1800's Posse Comitatus Act to realize that it's no longer valid, so they "act" in that manner. That's the cultural answer. The legal answer is; it depends on the States' Constitution whether they be appointed or elected. Only a few states have changed it to appointed.

The airliner was north of Portland when it was assigned 133.9 and Redmond was at least 125 statute air miles away with plenty of mountains and such in between. The airliner's radios probably had a maximum output of 25 watts. Also, the airliner had at least two radio transceivers and I presume they were identical. My guess is that the 125 miles was beyond the distance capability under the circumstances. Further, it is my understanding that the Apollo 11 moon rocket and lander transmitted and received everything from/to the earth over a modified 25 watt transceiver. But neither the FAA nor NWA 305 had the advantage of a 200 foot disc for transmissions and reception. As Dr. Edwards has repeatedly pointed out, no one is really going to know exactly what happened with 133.9 until the appropriate FAA and ARINC radio and teletype transcripts are released.

except it isn't ambiguous at all. the word 'decision' in the first one says you make a decision to cutaway or not, which could be phrased like "when you reach this altitude, make a decision to either cutaway what you have or ride what you have to the ground". hard deck says nothing about a decision, but rather SHOULD say something to the effect of "do not cutaway your main below this altitude. deploy your reserve and if you need to, then cut the reserve away." i just do not see how anyone can mess this up. they are completely different terms, and they mean completely different things, uspa definition notwithstanding. this way we can modify what we teach new students while keeping the terms the same as every other student has heard. uspa needs to clarify the terms, and then update the training to ensure that all instructors use the terms correctly. sounds like a good safety day gimmick.
