all your homies are jumping ship bro.

The orange Russian toddler can't get anything done.

Which of course is exactly what the Russians hoped for.

Yep. They got what they paid for.

Today's Russian lie exposed - Natalia Veselnitskaya (who Junior met with) claimed she wasn't connected to the KGB (now called the FSB) in any way. Turns out she worked for them for eight years, while Putin was in charge of it.

Two signs that Trump is feeling the same kind of panic as his supporters:

After he found out that Mueller was looking into his tax returns he panicked and threatened him that he better not cross that "red line" - and has started to try to discredit him as he does his job. It looks like he may even try to fire him, which would be his death knell, as it was Nixon's.

And perhaps an even stronger sign of his panic - he has started to ask if he can pardon himself if he is convicted of a crime.

So don't feel bad, Marc. You're not alone.

Yeah, right.

Veiled threats to Mueller and Rosenstein, "red line" on his finances, refusing to release his tax returns after promising that he would, insulting Sessions, secret meeting with Putin, lawyering up, and inquiring about pardons are all sure signs that Trump is a person with nothing to hide.
...

The only sure way to survive a canopy collision is not to have one.

the lawsuit will certainly have traction, the crime may not be prosecuted. If Hillary is a criminal because she deleted emails EVEN IF the FBI decided to not charge or prosecute, then Jr is also a criminal even if he is never charged or prosecuted, using exactly the same logic and standard.

But of course you would object to any double standards because the only standards that matter are the ones you enjoy.....

Another slice of "nothingburger" for Trump supporters:

Sessions discussed Trump campaign-related matters with Russian ambassador, U.S. intelligence intercepts show

Russia’s ambassador to Washington told his superiors in Moscow that he discussed campaign-related matters, including policy issues important to Moscow, with Jeff Sessions during the 2016 presidential race, contrary to public assertions by the embattled attorney general, according to current and former U.S. officials.

Ambassador Sergey Kislyak’s accounts of two conversations with Sessions — then a top foreign policy adviser to Republican candidate Donald Trump — were intercepted by U.S. spy agencies, which monitor the communications of senior Russian officials both in the United States and in Russia. Sessions initially failed to disclose his contacts with Kislyak and then said that the meetings were not about the Trump campaign.

One U.S. official said that Sessions — who testified that he has no recollection of an April encounter — has provided “misleading” statements that are “contradicted by other evidence.” A former official said that the intelligence indicates that Sessions and Kislyak had “substantive” discussions on matters including Trump’s positions on Russia-related issues and prospects for U.S.-Russia relations in a Trump administration.
=======================================

Remember six months ago when Trump supporters were claiming that there were no connections between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin? Lately the question has become "is there anyone in the Trump administration who HASN'T colluded with Russia?"

It’s entirely possible that Trump was never more than a convenient patsy for Russian oligarchs and mobsters, with his casinos and condos providing easy pass-throughs for their illicit riches. At the very least, with his constant need for new infusions of cash and his well-documented troubles with creditors, Trump made an easy “mark” for anyone looking to launder money. But whatever his knowledge about the source of his wealth, the public record makes clear that Trump built his business empire in no small part with a lot of dirty money from a lot of dirty Russians—including the dirtiest and most feared of them all.

Above from story. It mirrors what the Atlantic reported about trump. his dealings with dirty Russian money and Russian mobsters. All written about prior to the election. It also may explain trumps fascination with Putin.

It is fun watching you prove you have no idea of how the special council process is supposed to work.

There are to be specific guidelines given to the special council that limits what he can look into unless he comes across evidence of anther crime. At to start, the special council is to be investigation evidence of crime.

Of which there is none.

Rush has this one right. This is nothing more that government funded opposition research against Trump.

And here you support this dangerous precedent just because Hillary lost.

Trump is NOT going to like this. The head of the NSA pledging to uphold his oath, rather than swearing allegiance to Trump? Daring to talk about honesty and integrity, instead of attacking the media? It's enough to send Trump into an angry tweetstorm.
=============================

In midst of Russia probe, NSA chief vows: 'I will not violate' my oath to Americans
By MIKE LEVINE
Jul 22, 2017
ABC News

In unusually passionate and stark terms, the head of the nation’s top spy agency made clear on Saturday in Colorado that he will stand up to anyone -- even the president of the United States -- who asks him to use the U.S. intelligence community as a political prop.

“We are not about particular viewpoints. We are not about particular parties. We just can’t work that way,” National Security Agency Director Mike Rogers said at the Aspen Security Forum in Aspen, Colorado.

Rogers added that the U.S. intelligence community owes U.S. citizens “honesty and integrity.”

Saturday’s remarks come only months after Rogers and at least two other senior U.S. officials were personally asked by President Trump to publicly rebut news reports laying out details of the federal government’s probe into Russia’s alleged efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election.

Although Rogers has refused to publicly discuss his private conversations with Trump, he has previously vowed to keep politics out of his agency’s work. But his remarks today at the annual gathering of senior officials, reporters and others tied to the U.S. intelligence community were noteworthy in their intensity and passion.

Punctuating each word -- one by one -- the U.S. Navy admiral said, “I will not violate the oath that I have taken in the 36 years as a commission officer.”

Rogers’ face hardened and his voice cracked as he added: “I won’t do that.”

From Heir Twitler this morning:

Donald J. Trump; Verified account @realDonaldTrump 2h2 hours ago

So why aren't the Committees and investigators, and of course our beleaguered A.G., looking into Crooked Hillarys crimes & Russia relations?

Anyone taking bets on days until Sessions resigns?

It won't matter. Trump will just add the AG position to Kushner's portfolio. No doubt the boy wonder can take care of those duties before morning coffee, leaving plenty of time to reinvent the economy and bring peace to the Middle East.

The Trump refrain:

1) There was NO COLLUSION! "Believe me, there's no collusion. . . there is no collusion between certainly myself and my campaign, but I can always speak for myself, and the Russians, zero."

2) Even if there was collusion it is no big deal. "I think from a practical standpoint most people would have taken that meeting [with the Russians.] Politics isn't the nicest business in the world, but it's very standard."

3) Clinton did it first. "So why aren't the Committees and investigators, and of course our beleaguered A.G., looking into Crooked Hillarys crimes & Russia relations?"

In a manner similar to climate change deniers, Trump supporters have no problems bouncing back and forth between these contradictory statements. What? It's Tuesday? There was NO COLLUSION! There's NO EVIDENCE! Oops, wait, it's Wednesday. In that case - it's just politics! Anyone would do it! There's NOTHING WRONG with doing that!
