If the cops grabbed him and he struggled, any slight injury to a policeman could have been treated as a felony assault, so the taser wasn't really an error in judgement by the cops. There are plenty of examples of cops who don't do their job properly, but this might be seen as an example of a citizen who didn't do his job properly. Oh, what's his job? Don't know about Canada, but in the U.S. you need 25 skydives and there's a list of items to check off after AFF. e.g. land within 20 meters of a target 5 times. pack a parachute. dive out of the airplane and dock with another skydiver.
