    Whats the quality like? I get shit quality anytime i convert as opposed to import. I have FCP 5.1 but if I try to convert mts files they come out looking awful. However, if I use iMovie09 to import right from the CX they come out looking great, but it does take a while.     Car, modded Eclipse Turbo, 135mph Bike, GSXR750, 147mph I dont do shit like that anymore though, it was stupid. That, and having a cop clock my friend and I (158 and 147 respectively) was a bit of an eye opener too. He went to jail, I didnt. I sold my GSXR for a skydiving rig and although I miss riding I enjoy skydiving and base jumping more.     Both Fedex and UPS leaves stuff here for my neighbors. We are a production house in an office building full of doctors offices. Since they are private practice many have unusual business hours. It's no big deal for us. We sign for it and then the doctors come by and get it. That way Fedex/UPS doesnt have to try multiple times and they get it sooner.     Here is another trick you can do with rubber bands. Put one on your wrist and anytime you feel your head start to nod just snap the band. I did this in college and still do it at work sometimes for long meetings. No one realizes I am doing it to stay awake, I guess they just think its part of my ADD or something.     "when used properly"...which means slider up BASE jumps, not skydiving. Skydiving with them presents several issues. First, they are stiff toggles, stiffer than crew, so they need to be stowed safely. When stowed in a BASE container they are against your back under the canopy, no way they can come out. One a skyrig toggles are stowed against the reserve and arent covered as well. Ever see someone jump crew toggles and how tricky it could be to secure them? These would be even more tricky. The second issue I already mentioned once, accidental fires. It can happen, does happen, and has happened to me. Those pins need to be re-tensioned after/before every jump. Mine accidentally released on the second jump of the day. Use the right tool for the right job. (Note: While i did quote Trae i did so just for the example, this post is not directed at him.) I always invite pizza delivery people to come inside while we make the transaction.
