It showed up in Facebook. Isn't that where everything starts out?

Um, according to that wind arrow and wind flag, he's landing downwind with a tandem passenger, and too low to hook it 180 degrees...

The F-111 and B-1 aircaft ejection systems catapulted the entire cockpit containing two to four crewmen from the aircraft for a parachute ride. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Escape_crew_capsule

It didn't, at least not for the last 20 years. In fact, it's gone down, steadily, for a long time, and is now at a 30-year low. The impression that you have is fed to you by the media, and is a lie. Correct. And blacks commit 50% of murders while comprising only 13% of population. If you removed black crime from America's crime statistics, we'd be sitting pretty. But we can't talk about that, because that would be racist...

What are those different colored bands just behind the nose on the bottom skin of the canopy, which you can see at 3:54 when he lands? And why is he a dickhead? Because he's having more fun than you?

What, the "minnow shot"? I don't get it.

I feel safer already. Barbie won't have to fear an armed robbery from Woodie. -
And he's one genuine bad-ass muther.

I'll bet they wouldn't let you fly through a giant torii either, like you did with the St. Louis arch.

Eugene Skydivers- Airport Access Fight

Thanks, I was wondering if it was the same thing, or if there was some other fund out there which I had not heard of before. -
How much do those shuttle booster rockets weigh, that are lowered by a trio of round parachutes?
-
As long as they're functional, I wouldn't give a darn what they look like, or what other people think of them.

The land is all being held up by underground water, and since we're sucking all the water out from underneath ourselves, the land's gotta cave in. Kind of like a jumper flying underneath you and stealing your high speed air. Funnel!

If I'm not mistaken, in-line images were never turned on for Bonfire due to the fear of abuse. Only a little fear of abuse by forum regulars, but mostly fear of abuse by spammers. Hmm... okay... The other thing I've noticed is that if you have a space in the photo file name, that won't work either. It must be a continuous string of characters. Seems like they could fix that.

How Govt Officials Cried ‘Terrorism’ to Cover Up a Paperwork Error
Boogers replied to grue's topic in Speakers Corner
Emphasis mine. You figure it out. So once he figured it out, an honest and open administration would just say so and reveal their findings. They wouldn't continue to suppress it. That's not honest and open. You shoulda been able to figure that out. -
Those propane burners ARE really loud. Someone needs to drift right over her house, just a few feet above the roof, and then crack open the burners...

List of Companies with Incidents???
Boogers replied to orphanedhanyou's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Are you kidding? You can drop a 16-pound ball on your toes, which hurts just as much as getting them stuck in something on the ground as you slide in a swoop landing. Those ball return machines just beg to stick your hand in the opening to grab your ball, and can rip fingers off, just like getting them stuck on some part of the airplane on exit. And rolling a gutter ball in front of everyone is just as embarassing as screwing up an easy landing and falling on your face. Missing that easy pick-up on the one pin for a spare is as bad as going low on an 8-way. How about whacking your head on that projector over the scoring table - heck you don't even have a helmet to protect your noggin. Bowling can be really dangerous too! I'm tellin' ya', there are lots of parallels between bowling and skydiving. I'm sure you and other readers can come up with even more. -
Javelin Odyssey's New "Stabilized Lateral System"
Boogers replied to tsf's topic in Gear and Rigging
If you just get adjustable laterals, you pull the darn backpack against your back tight, and that's as stable as you can get. If it's loose enough to wiggle back and forth, and up and down, then the laterals are too long. You shouldn't have a gap between your back and the rig anyway. And adding stiffeners is treating the symptom, rather than the disease. -
And if it does stretch a little over time, how hard is it to just re-tie one end?

[inline BDHI.jpg] It's real! http://halfway-inn.com/ How come the inline photo shows up on preview, but not in the actual message? And what in the heck is a "minnow shot"? I hope they're not swallowing innocent little goldfish...

The government is frequently blamed for not having enough oversight and regulation in place, to control the actions of private industry. Examples abound, like the financial disaster in the mortgage industry. And then we have the "Goldilocks" debate about how much government is too little, how much is too much, and what's "just right".

This won't be controversial unless it was a white cop shooting a black robber.

This is what Obama calls honest and open "transparency"?
