DB Cooper

Recommended Posts

Expect this is the way I will spend the rest of my life. I only have a few good hours during each day. Tonight is horrible. I will try to answer questions, but that is all I can do. IT is all up to a power greater than me right now to provide the answers that are needed regarding Cooper and Weber.

I know Duane was Cooper, but I won't go around making some of the ridiculous statements certain individuals make. Signing off for now and trying to save my time for going thur old documents - throwing away what makes no sense any more and making files for those that need to be kept and turned over to someone who can actually do something. I think the job is to long - I waited to long.

What I managed to sort out last night got thrown on the dining room table and shuffled because I was not feeling well. Feel like giving up on Cooper and I gave it all I had - I don't have much left to give, just my heart and soul.

Me talking to the ghost of Duane Weber - now everyone will think JO was Delusion, Crazy and Off her rocker.

Hell, I had to have been to have to have spent 17 yrs with you, but yea you were the LOVE of My Life.
God only knows how it would have ended if I had known you were Cooper. I understand why you waiting until the end - but, you waited too late and you tried to tell me the story those last few day, but if fell on deaf ears. I feel sure there is a safe deposit box out there that was closed with items left in it NO ONE thought was of value or clues to the past of the owner.

The people who open those boxes would NOT have known who Dan Cooper was anymore than I did. They would not have understood a collection of articles and maybe a 20 or two. Like myself many never knew the name given by Cooper was Dan Cooper...like the man who bought your van - he did NOT know until a few months ago the ransom was in 20's. He hung up on me when I told him that.

What the hell did you leave in that damn van you wanted to keep from me? Why was it so important we go for a ride? You waited too long and it was storming and I couldn't take you for that ride, but you have taken me for one hell of a ride for 18 yrs now.

Duane, I tried, but you kept so much from me. I got rid of things I should have kept. Now it is nothing but words no one believes. When old safe deposit boxes are opened under John Collins - I have no access. I am so stupid - I just wasn't listening - I didn't understand. I don't know what to do beyond what I have done.

I have done ALL I can do - now the rest is up to someone else! I don't know what to get rid of and what to keep - I just know the stories you told me. I have tried to put it together, but I am not a clairvoyant or someone who can talk to the dead - guess that is what I am doing now.

I have my own battle to fight , so Cooper is at the mercy of the authorities and those who wish to benefit with books or movies. If there was some way to go back in time - Well, I don't know what I would have done. Probably have turned you in.

I can't even find the notes I made when I talked to a journalist I found who was aware of the code letter sent to their paper. I don't even remember the name of the paper, but I thought it was Reno.

He told me the original was probably sent to the FBI - if it was I do not know if it appeared anywhere, but in the paper. Some where in all of this mess is a written name & phone number of the journalist I talked to. He was the oldest Journalist with that newpaper and I can't even remember how I found out about that Coded Message...but, I recognized it as the same thing written in the back of your metal address book. I thought I kept the pages when I threw things away and now I can't find them.

The journalist did tell me that the envelope would not have made it to the newsroom...and if it did it would have been sent to the FBI.

Damn YOU, Duane - Damn YOU!

******"Oh, pullleeeze...'close enough' is not close enough. I only wondered about it. She said she didn't and that was good enough for me."

you only wondered about it, really? that's why you PERMANENTLY removed Jo from your PM's lol. time for the reality hotel....."Oh, pullleeeze." is 100% correct!

Decoded is just another conspiracy show with mixed views and bad investigating. nobody puts Formica on an existing counter and has a piece left over without changing the width of the counter. no extra anything. Decoded failed to show the entire opening, you claim you went up there, but also failed to show the opening? time for the reality hotel thingy. B|

Robert, we know all about the comments, the PDF, the poster were from here. make sure you bring that up in August. I don't think anyone knows about this lol. your average for bringing this up is about 2 weeks. make sure to remind us on 12/25/2013. you act as if this has never happened in the history of the internet. time for the reality hotel thingy again. I thought I bookmarked it, but I guess I didn't, there is another site out there. you better get to checking. B|

He/They are what they are.

Nothing has changed.

Nothing will change. This has been going on for years. No proof needed.

This sets up a dichotomy which has already been obvious for years:

Group I: Those interested in the Cooper case working on it.

Group II: Wackos and Cooper Zombies.

There is minimal overlap. Temporary overlap always breaks down.
It's a fundamental difference in motives, goals, and methods.

I did NOT produce or direct the Decoded program. They simply took what we had at that time and made a TV show out of it. Much more was actually discovered on Christiansen after the initial air date of the show.

Sometimes I wonder why I never hear a thing on this thread about Geoff Gray being a Cooper zombie. He was the first to investigate Christiansen, and as you already know, much of his book, including the very beginning is KC-oriented. He even speaks of being angry with Himmelsbach because Himmelsbach dismissed his idea that KC was a strong suspect.

People here discuss ME so much we should call it the Blevins thread. Blevins posts something...so let's discuss HIM instead of the issue he raises. And I don't care what people think. The PDF on Christiansen remains linked at the website and there it stays - being downloaded maybe 15-20 times a week, week-in/week-out. That's somewhere between 800 and 1,000 downloads a year, not counting the downloads from the Newsvine article. And it will GO on until the truth on one Kenneth Peter Christiansen is finally discovered. And I hope you don't like it. :)

Maybe I'll just REALLY piss people off and contact the Paradigm client in New York. I will tell them I agree to their terms, go ahead and write me the check, tell me where I sign, and I don't give a damn how you present KC's story. Let them invent details to fill in the unanswered questions in his story. LOL. Be a sell-out. What the heck, right?

Almost none of you wish to see the case solved. That's my opinion. You live for the discussion, and that's it. You live for the events, the personalities. Some of you even try to shift reality without proof, like moving the flight over to the other side of the freeway without any evidence. After so many years since the crime, some of you foolishly believe the answer is in documents and pictures. The answer does not lie there, although they can help. The answer will come from testimony by human beings who know the truth. I think Bernie and Margie Geestman know the truth. You probably don't, and I care little about that either. But somewhere down the line...someone is going to finally take the time to find out.

So...as Mike Myers said on Saturday Night Live:

Quote

"Cooper....discuss."

Wow, you are even copying over my signature now, and altering into something Mark Twain never said. That's flattering, although I'm sure Twain wouldn't like it much.

You are also a bit Blevins-obsessed, wouldn't you say? Tell me you do something besides hanging at the screen all day, poised over the keyboard, waiting for a Blevins post.

All the Blevins-oriented images, all the cute remarks. Face it. You're obsessed. Think of all the time you spend (waste) doing those things. And having to wait until I post to do so. Do you plan the images in advance for the coming day, or do you create them reactionary-fashion? I have so many questions. I should give you an entire chapter in Cooperland. Really, you do deserve such attention after all your effort. And there is SO much material to draw from. (*laughs*)

I envision you waiting...waiting...waiting. It's funny as hell really. Kinda pathetic though, if you think about it...[:/]

'If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything...'

and the rest is ??? Tell them Blevinstein!

Could it be: "but if you're as forgetful as me, it's awkward."

stating half-truths (or non truth) trying to pass it off as

Our hero! RobertMBlevins.

I would say that the proof of the pudding in this case is in the READING. Your post above makes my point perfectly.

On the subject of your *alleged* 'half-truths' and 'non-truths,' did you have some specific point in mind, or is this just another cheap shot on your part? It's easy to call somebody a liar when you don't bother to give any examples...so why don't you MAN UP and provide PROOF OF SAME before engaging in slander?

Otherwise, well...you know what you can do with that, right?

WTF are you talking about? Slander?

The issue (you brought up by quoting Mark Twain) is quoting
Mark Twain correctly or misquoting him for your own purpose.

'If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything...'

or

'If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything, but if you're as forgetful as me, it's awkward." Mark Twain!

Which is the real quote? Yours or the one from the internet
(Wiki) ?

Are you accusing Wikipedia of slander? Do you have sole rights
to Mark Twain quotes?

I just work here! One of your "Wage earner sheeple".

Have you any other conspiracies/investigations/motives to get
off your chest tonight? How many dozens are pending?

Name one example and PROVE it. When you said you only worked here back there, yes...I can believe that. Maybe you should get a regular job or at least sub once in a while at the U. You can hire someone to walk your pet pig. They don't charge that much for this type of service.

That way, you might be able to free yourself from your Blevins Obsession. Seek help. Quickly. (*laughs*)

I'll give you this much. You are funny as hell.

I have to go. It's late and I have no more time to feed your obsession. Maybe next time I will give you a time-Blevins-will-post in advance so you won't have to sit around your computer all day. :)

Example: you said Auburn WA was the hometown (founder) of
MADD. That was wrong.

For the rest: READ THE THREAD.

Example: You said Gray was the source of 'KC bought his house
for cash'. Turns out you are the only source for that! Now you
refuse to admit you were wrong.

Read the thread my ass. There's a difference between making a mistake (thinking MADD was founded here) and outright lying. Don't give me that 'read the thread' crap. Either state where you believe I lied or made stuff up regarding ANYTHING on the Cooper case, or stick it in your back pocket. We're not talking errors here in research. I mean OUTRIGHT FRICKIN' LIES, where I knowingly LIED.

You ARE obsessed. There is no doubt of this. You wait for me to post, then you respond with mainly personal attacks or smart-ass comments. You wait around like a vulture to do this. When you feel you may have gone a bit too far, you say 'read the thread' or try to back off a little. Whatever...:S

You've reported me to Quade a number of times for attacks and for revealing your true name. On that last one, well...when you allow your name and DZ history to go into a best-selling book on Cooper...that seems rather useless, don't you think? But even you have a right to engage in self-deception. People do it all the time. So I'll never speak of that again, at least not here.

I've NEVER gone to the mods on you, no matter what. But from now on I'm going to be watching you for false accusations and personal attacks, and if you do this...I'm gonna whine to Quade even harder than you did.

Maybe it's time to get help with your Blevins-Obsession and try to stay to the subject, which is actually some skyjacker guy I think.

Again! Your Mark Twain quote is using only PART of what Mark
Twain said.

Again, you habitually take things out of context and use them
to your own purpose, regardless of what people actually said,
which is the same as not giving the whole truth of what
somebody actually said (and meant).

I gave a source and proof and all you have done is go off in a
bluster with a host of accusations and unrelated personal
attacks!

The issue is credibility. And a willingness to examine things fairly
in order to arrive at the truth -

Ironic since it is you who constantly tells us you are only
looking for the TRUTH!

one last try for what? you are on the wrong form when trying to put a symposium together. who are you inviting to speak? people that don't post on here? who are you hoping will change your mind to go forward on this, shutter, Robert99, Jo, markbennett, smokin, testxyz, bruce, georger etc.

when are you going to admit that you are about 95% sure you are going to do it? why the dancing around for feedback? get it over with and announce that you are doing this.

I think you are trying to make this some sort of rebirth. I don't think the intention is to bring in new people, it seems to be more fit for those already involved in the case. is there more people in your area that are heavy into the case? or are you looking for attendance numbers? a very small percentage of people follow the case.

should Washington put there museum in Auburn? what are you trying to achieve? for someone who constantly claims they lost interest in the case sure does a lot to try and get involved?

the Reality Hotel corporate office is in Auburn isn't it, I called them and they told me they only had one person check in, that was on August 1, 2010 B|

IT is all up to a power greater than me right now to provide the answers that are needed regarding Cooper and Weber

The Drowning Man

A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help.

Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, "Jump in, I can save you."

The stranded fellow shouted back, "No, it's OK, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me."

So the rowboat went on.

Then a motorboat came by. "The fellow in the motorboat shouted, "Jump in, I can save you."

To this the stranded man said, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith."

So the motorboat went on.

Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, "Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety."

To this the stranded man again replied, "No thanks, I'm praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith."

So the helicopter reluctantly flew away.

Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, "I had faith in you but you didn't save me, you let me drown. I don't understand why!"

To this God replied, "I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?"
"They were saying he was never gonna make it now, now that daylight had set in. But later that night, they were shining those lights back down on that mountain again." - Todd Snider

The estate of the guy who was actually DB Cooper is going to lose out. But of course he died in the jump and nobody knows who he was.

In the meantime, every one who can possibly do so is getting a book out on their candidate. It's called ca$hing in.

And they don't have to know anything about their candidate or even the Cooper hijacking. Whether fact or fiction, the only thing that matters is the color of the money.

It could be anybody. Someone asked Geoff after his talk what was going on with his movie. It sounded like the only involvement he had was cashing a check and he was otherwise totally out of the loop on it. I think that's where I heard it. Vicki, do you recall anyone asking Geoff that? Or, did I dream it?

All I know is if they expand the description to include nine year olds, I could be a suspect myself!

He was asked while we were at the Swiss Pub. He said he was not involved with the production of the movie and it was not a sure thing at that point. This was right before he told me he had never heard of Melvin Wilson. Then I had another beer. ;)

I rermember Geoff saying at his Friday afternoon talk that his only involvement with the film was that he had spoken once to the scriptwriter, "who was a nice guy."

Geoff said he had no other information on whether the movie was going ahead or not, or what it would be about.

As for AA, maybe we should form Cooper Anonymous. That is our true addiction, isn't it?

Okay, fine.

I have another question which 377 should be able to answer.

Can we file a class action lawsuit against NBC? Audra McDonald's singing of "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" last week blew my socks off and I haven't been able to find them.

Does NBC have insurance to cover this?

As a minimum, NBC should have posted a warning to:

"Tape your socks on, tighten your shoe laces, and fasten your seat belt."

before the lady sang that song.

I don't know....AA is supposed to be non-judgmental. I don't think I can do that, you idiot!;)

(Sorry, Bruce, couldn't resist)

Vicki, this is going to get worse. Maybe you should get your application to AA in right now. I'll be there myself before long.

You have to apply to AA? I thought it was supposed to be anonymous!

I guess that just shows how out of touch I am with the real world. Can I bring my shrink along?

Sure, it's anonymous. Bring your dog, if you like.

Okay, fine.

I have another question which 377 should be able to answer.

Can we fill a class action lawsuit against NBC? Audra McDonald's singing of "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" last week blew my socks off and I haven't been able to find them.

Does NBC have insurance to cover this?

As a minimum, NBC should have posted a warning to:

"Tape your socks on, tighten your shoe laces, and fasten your seat belt."

before the lady sang that song.

This sounds like the Tina Arena performance of Star Spangled Banner a number of years back. She's Australian. It was amazing. She is amazing!

Who is Tina Arena?

I may be a little bias, but here is this amazing young 23 year old girl singing a solo performance of Take Me to the King at church last Christmas.
