  1. The difference between AWOL and desertion is "intent". http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/awol And from UCMJ The primary difference between the two offenses is "intent to remain away permanently," or if the purpose of the absence is to shirk "important duty," (such as a combat deployment).*** http://usmilitary.about.com/od/justicelawlegislation/a/awoldesertion.htm I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. 3. I'm not sure I understand something in your post. you mentioned that you as a company are paying for the healthcare costs, why are the employees upset that it costs more under ACA? Are you still paying for the healthcare costs? or just a portion of it now? I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. eat sushi, get smoochieTTK#1
  4. Wow, it took me all of 2 seconds to google and another 2 to scan individual articles to find the following "Sharpton has said he is on a repayment plan with state and federal-tax authorities." "As for Sharpton's personal tax debt, King said Sharpton has started paying it off but contends that faulty record-keeping by the National Action Network led the government to overestimate his tax liability." And your misleading post about NAN which is trying to negotiate a payment plan, not Sharpton himself… ""Since February 2010, the Organization has been in the process of negotiating an offer in compromise to settle all payroll taxes and related interest and penalties owed by the Organization to the Internal Revenue Service," according to the New York fling, which is an audited financial statement dated November 13, 2012. "The Organization feels that the likelihood of a favorable outcome is highly likely."" Source: Google: Al Sharpton IRS debt I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. 5. You do know that this theory has been debunked several times over by now, don't you? Reid's solar farm was to be built in Laughlin which is to the SOUTH of Vegas, whereas Bundy is to the NORTH, about 3 hours drive away http://www.snopes.com/politics/conspiracy/nevada.asp How about a Local news source? http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2014/apr/17/facts-disprove-conspiracy-theory-about-sen-harry-r/ How about something more conservative? 7. That's where you are wrong. It had nothing to do with EMS having to cross a bridge. EMS would not be crossing a bridge because then they would be going to or coming from NY to attend to a problem in NJ. The lane closures on the NJ side of the bridge affected local traffic to the point where it was a standstill. It wasn't about bridge traffic, it was about everyone trying to get on to the bridge and spilling out into local streets. Then you get people who try to take shortcuts and back ways which fill up the secondary streets You couldn't just reroute another EMS from a different location because they still would have to go thru the local traffic jam to get to the person in need of medical attention. 9. Unfortunately, there's legal precedent in NJ to force the non custodial parent to pay for college. New Jersey - Newburgh v. Newburgh, 88 N.J. 529, 443 A.2d 1031 (1982) held that court has jurisdiction to entertain motion to modify original judgment of divorce to award payment of college expenses. Yes, I realize this is a divorce case, but that is where child support is determined. I agree with you in that 2 assholes raised a 3rd, nor do I agree with it. I'm only arguing that it's not THAT far fetched to demand support from her parents considering NJ child support laws I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. 10. in NJ, A non custodial parent would be required to pay child support and education expenses up until the child is 23 year old provided they are enrolled full time in school (including college). It's not a far leap to force both parents to pay I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. eat sushi, get smoochieTTK#1

  12. OOO OOO I know!!! I saw this on Numbers a few months ago!!! The "vandals", who are actually Columbian Cartel members, are taking out substations around the city so the local jail will have to user their backup generator. When they need to refill the fuel tank, the Cartel sends in a trojan horse tanker truck filled with mercenaries who will attempt to break out the Cartel leader's son who was stupid enough to get arrested in San Jose. Don't worry tho, Mr math wiz will figure it all out just before the escape attempt and his bro will save the day!! I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. 21. Interesting that you're making the point that Obama is doing so much worse in the polls yet the link you post suggests differently "President Obama may have more to lose, in a way. His approval rating has been somewhere in the 40% range throughout September and was 44% on Monday, according to Gallup Daily tracking conducted Sept. 27-29. But Americans are slightly more likely to see President Obama as acting more responsibly than the Republican leaders in Congress in handling the budget negotiations. Thus, Obama -- like Clinton -- may end up unscathed after the shutdown ends." I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. eat sushi, get smoochieTTK#1
  22. Googling for "poll govt shutdown blame" shows the majority of polls are blaming the republicans. Heck, even Fox News is saying GOP dissaproval ratings are skyrocketing. https://www.google.com/search?q=poll+government+shutdown+blame&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a I promise not to TP Davis under canopy.. 23. The author is conservative and she is blaming the house republicans for this fiasco. Could you provide a source please. 24. A conservative opinion article I read yesterday was making the point that the govt shutdown forced by republicans was the best possible thing they could have done to help the democrats and obamacare. Instead of letting everyone see how bad Obamacare would be by letting it start, the republicans instead focused the attention (and backlash) on their selves by forcing the shutdown. 25. But what about the panda? The real question is, who pays for the panda when it gets sick??? The govt?!? Fuckin' freeloading panda. Right! Panda needs to show a bit of personal responsibility instead of relying on taxpayer handouts. Yes, and if you had your way, the panda should be able to vote. WELL, since you bring up the issue of voting, Obama, the architect of Obamacare, won handily, and the popular vote for the House showed some 2 million more DEM votes than GOP. The ONLY reason the GOP has more house seats is that they gerrymandered the congressional district boundaries. And your comment has WHAT all to do with a voting Panda? But does the Panda have the right to bear arms? And does he have to register to vote AND to buy a gun? I promise not to TP Davis under canopy..
