Fuck! im more and more fascinated by this building every time i see it! The video i posted earlier taken from the spire! DAMN! Just look as he points his camera down the spire. If i ever go to Dubai i will do anything in my power to get someone to take me up there to have a look! Think a self portrait with a fisheye would look cool from up there? :P

Imagine moving into an abondoned Burj Dubai! adding exit ramps every 20 floors.. Making it into a BASE dropzone!

For the most part, Everest isn't that steep... Its more walking than climbing! The only place i've seen them actually climb, is at the second step ladder...

The guy is loaded, one of the biggest names in sports, and he's good looking, and he's probably fighting pussy off with a stick! who wouldn't be tempted? he's only human! like the rest of us! I think he could've done better though! some of those girls looked pretty skanky and dirty!

Inglorious Basterds is definitely my favorite movie of this year! You just have to love QT's brandmarks! The spaghetti western music! The long scenes! And i just LOVE how each scene goes on and on and on! And you're just sitting there waiting for something to happen.. You wait and wait and wait and the BOOM! everyone is dead or dying! seeing this movie on a large tv with surround is a sweet experience! Especially for the tavern scene! Also i he did a great job with the casting! Christoph Waltz (Hans Landa) is such a strong character! great performance. I also like Richard Sammel who plays the german sgt! Great acting, alltough cut a bit short :P EDIT: If anyone else hates those fucking twilight movies (like myself) my favorite movie of 2008 is "Let The Right one In" its a swedish thriller. And its a fucking masterpiece. Wiki says the budget was a mere 4 million USD, as compared to the 50 million dollar budget of making Twilight New Moon! Yet the swedish low budget kicks hollywoods ass! Has anyone here seen it? If you haven't and plan to. For gods sake see the original one! not the one with english audio! you can read right?

Wow! just goes to show how well built they really are! even the semi pro models! One of our tandem shooters lost his 350D (rebel xt in the US?) in june.. But it happened over a forest area, so its still out there somewhere. We went searching for about an hour before admitting defeat! But it would be interesting to see what it looks like!

ok! i've always been superpleased with customer service and delivery times at B&H! when i got my 500mm it took four days from order was placed until it arrived at my door! Pretty good for such a large item! Their prices are pretty good to! saved $3000 on that as opposed to getting it retail here!
