someone in a cube close to me bought a lady gaga cd, and she plays it repeatedly. it's not loud, so i can't complain, but it's just kind of an irritating background noise. and she hums along to it. i want to turn the tables. Who wants to see a photo of Nataly at the Eiffel Tower...

at first glance, i thought it was 'who wants to see a photo of nataly doing an eiffel tower'. "Hang on a sec, the young'uns are throwin' beer cans at a golf cart." MB4252 TDS699 killing threads since 2001 -
i believe the issue was when there was enough slack in the seal thread, and the seal was positioned towards the grommet, it could get pulled into the grommet and jam stuff up. keep the thread taut enough to prevent breakage during normal movements, and position the seal as far from the grommet as you can and you will minimize this risk. ...that's why it's called and AAD (automatic activation device) and not an ADD (automatic deployment device). an aad fire or pulling the silver handle both initiate deployment, that's all. after that it's up to the equipment design, equipment maintenance, pack job and body position (and probably some voodoo as well) as to how the canopy deploys. it is rechargeable as well, and a charge lasts a fairly long time. the only downside is that so far, there is no software to do updates on a mac. you'll have to either load up boot camp (or the multi-boot system of your choice) or take it to your friendly local afs. Part of the safety difference is the cultural attitude towards driving as well as the level of training for drivers in Germany vs. the average in the US. Never mind the age difference in learning how to drive as well as the cost to obtain a license in Germany. Now, add TUV vehicle standards verses the average state's standard (some states don't even have yearly vehicle inspections). The differences are great, but the short version is that basically Germans take driving (or historically has) much more seriously. as an example, i had a 1997 bmw 318, and i thought it funny that the cup holders couldn't hold anything bigger than a can of red bull. i mentioned it to the salesman and he said the reason for that was that germans didn't understand the need for a cup holder in the first place. when you drive, you drive. if you want a coffee, stop and enjoy a coffee. shouldn't be drinking it on the road in the first place. kinda makes sense, but like dave mentioned, it's a cultural thing. how about the back seat of a car, while it was in the showroom? i worked as a janitor while in high school. i'd stop at the dealership on my way to school to clean the salesmen's offices. one day, my girlfriend stopped by to help. wow. i've never refused to pack any manufacturers' rig, or charged extra for any, but if this became a requirement, i'd either refuse racers or like someone else said, it would be a $150 pack job. at least. just to clarify, since the mudflap is not a structural part of the rig, could a senior rigger make this alteration (adding the snap)? "Hang on a sec, the young'uns are throwin' beer cans at a golf cart." MB4252 TDS699 killing threads since 2001 -
don't need a molar strap with the deWolf Pack. long bar, knee plate and 1 shot bag is all you need to bag the canopy. pretty easy to keep track of three tools, especially when you'll need them all later.
