Roger, I'm no expert, but you state that the problem is intermittent, and to me that indicates a video (regardless of on-board or separate card) or monitor problem. Have you tried a different monitor? If the problem was consistent I would say to take a look at your settings. You can also go to troubleshooting in display graphics properties and see if there is a problem with your monitor. G. Clay, try Stead Nevada in '95 where we had to fire the 182 by spinning the prop! They have long since shut down (good thing) due to being unsafe, and didn't follow the BSR's! O.k Michele, I normally will only do a roast in my T-fal pressure cooker (time constraints, you know), but I bought a Corningware 4qt. covered oven pan today. In this pan I placed a 3 lb sirloin tip roast,1 Spaten, potatoes, carrots, 1/2 doz. small white onion (whole), crushed fresh garlic,and a sliced red bellpepper on top for color.... HA!! I will have this with Lentil bean soup (with diced carrots, white onion, and smoked ham shanks) and home made biscuits with white rice (didn't have time to plant the rice paddy on such short notice, so minute rice will have to suffice!) Swordfish steak on the grill for lunch tommorrow (with grilled zucchini)!! Emeril, eat your heart out! Now, who wants to come do the dishes??? G. While twiddling my thumbs waiting for an m-peg to load, I started thinking about upgrading my computer. My 733 celeron is slower than christmas and starting to drive me nuts. I have a mid-tower w/ a 733 celeron (onboard audio and video) 196 megs of PC100 SDRAM (I know, I know..PC100 is slow) a 20 GIG 5400rpm harddrive, 48x CD-ROM, 3 1/2 floppy, no cd burner or DVD, and no external bay avail. to add one. I have a 56k dial up connection that only connects at 28 to 33k most of the time. I can only go up to a 1.1 gig celeron w/ the socket 370 motherboard that I have now, and would like to go with an Athlon CPU with DDR memory. I don't know if the socket A motherboard will fit into my mid-tower though. It is also entirely possible that IF (I don't know if it's avail. where I live) I can get a DSL connection I may find that I really don't need to screw with my computer. So...I'm childless this weekend, single all the time, and wondering...What constitutes Dinner for a single, childless male on a friday night at home? My answer has been - 2 bowls of rabbit food (read that SALAD) topped with 3 oz. shredded cheese, 2 oz. bacon pieces (whole damn jar), 10 oz HVR ranch dressing, 10 bottles Spaten premium, and 2 shots Jim Beam black label bourbon. I believe I've covered all the major food groups...can you think of anything I've missed? *eyeballing donuts for dessert*!! G.
