  4. (amazed that this thread is still going)
  5. you have 104 jumps? I heard from someone that to compete in collegiates 2-way RW, both people had to have less than 100 jumps. Or is it that only one of you has to have less than 100 jumps? MB 3528, RB 1182
  6. my guess is that you've inhaled so much "gasses" from the ride to altitude, and so your lungs become infused with the scent, and it changes your breath. MB 3528, RB 1182
  7. you will get a lot of answers on what brands to get, but for the size of your canopy, ask your instructors! They are the ones who know your weight, have seen you land, and probably know what you can handle. honestly, I would recommend renting gear for your next few jumps, and paying attention to what brand/container you are jumping, and you can also ask your instructors, or other very experienced jumpers what they like. 8. I speak quite a bit of german, but I wouldn't consider myself a really fluent speaker. However, german really doesn't get much use in the US. MB 3528, RB 1182

  13. yeah its still fun, but in a different way. The funny stomach feeling, and the strange G forces . But skydiving is much better... I mean, do you ever think back on special rollercoaster memories? MB 3528, RB 1182
  14. we got about 8 or 9 people there now... join on in! MB 3528, RB 1182
  15. If I ever get a double mal, I'm aiming for the rigger's car! but seriously, I probably wouldn't be even looking at the ground, but instead be trying to pull the bag out by hand or something. MB 3528, RB 1182

    Angelina Jolie

my guess is that when the media says "accomplished skydiver", they probably mean shes done 2 or 3 tandems... Or perhaps she did skydive some when she was younger, but I can't imagine her doing it now... imagine how many hundreds of people would want her to sign their logbooks. MB 3528, RB 1182
  17. I beleive it is www.jedimaster.net Definitely check out the SWK clones one. MB 3528, RB 1182

    Sleep Barking

My dog has always done that... but she really freaked me out last week, when she started sleep barking, so I poked her... then she started doing some massive sleep snarling . I guess she was having a nightmare or something MB 3528, RB 1182
  20. about 15 minutes... not too bad at all, IMHO MB 3528, RB 1182
  21. you may have a point there. I mean, if some drunk hillbilly started a "band" that just had him hitting two stones together, wouldn't that be one of the worst ones ever? MB 3528, RB 1182
  22. I suggest this be called a "baguette" (a French roll with a long axis). noooo, its called a "freedom" roll. I thought the analogy of the steering wheel is good, thats exactly what I do when I do barrel rolls. MB 3528, RB 1182
  23. Not gonna look... not gonna look! MB 3528, RB 1182
  24. yeah, if you let the mouse just stay still, it does look like that. you're still pretty morbid though MB 3528, RB 1182
