Ditto here also. All of the reasons you stated (and a few others) combined to make the sport "not as much fun as it used to be." While I still jump occasionally, the same need is gone.

Very easy, just bend your knee's and pull your legs up in front of you, at the same time throw your head back, you'll spin. The hardest part is knowing when to "come out of it" so you don't over-rotate.

Ditto-The days started around 6:30AM and went till about 10PM with a short break for lunch. When I knocked off for the day, I'd have at most 2 beers at the local bar and then almost be unconscious.
