My husband used to be part of a family with heavy involvement in dogs. His comment is that generally it’s the owner who needs more training than the dog, because it’s the owner’s consistency that makes it work. Otherwise it’s like the people I’ve known with serious potty mouths who would smack their children for repeating what they heard at home. Wendy P.

100% accurate. Nor was it a spontaneous act of protecting the chickens or other family. She took it to a gravel pit to put it down when she could have let an animal rescue group ascertain it, find it a home, or let a vet determine if it was to be put down.

Dogs that kill chickens, especially the neighbors chickens, are often put down out in nowhere. The idea is that just once can not be trained out of them. But they are usually not hunting dogs. I've trained only one dog to hunt. Granted it was a combo thing, both water and upland, but you need to put a lot of personal time into it to where you don't let it screw up and you don't let non hunters toss a ball or frisbee for it to get. 14 months is young and learning. You want that energy for the mission but they're still kids and want to skylark all they can, and will, until you clamp down. But that's the initiative you look for and that's what will get them to dive after a goose or burrow through berries to flush a pheasant or grouse. Killing that dog was just her saying she has no clue about hunting dogs and is a callous idiot. For those reasons I think she made up the story just to sound red country and tough for Trump.

the act is and was pretty clear, there is no need nor purpose to point out 'the inaccuracies'. There IS a need to call the act despicable (and many other things), but I notice that you failed to do that, you just 'pointed out the inaccuracies while not justifying it' You sound a lot like Mitch and Lindsey at the end of Jan 2021..... The act is despicable and she is a fucking monster. And maybe signs of deeper sociopathic tendencies. I hope she gets 'cancelled' by pretty much everything. Trump will probably give her a cabinet position.

If you want to know who someone really is, watch what they do with people or animals that will not affect the course of their lives. Waitresses. Dogs. Flight attendants. Former political allies and adversaries. Salespeople. It's often said that if a woman is thinking about marrying a man she should watch how he treats waitresses, because that's how he will treat her in 10 years. There's a lot of truth in that. It's also worth noting that the Bidens had two problem dogs - Major and Commander. Both had a biting problem. Both now have new homes away from the White House.

Seriously the press secretary's main function is to spin. Been that way for decades.

The other card-carrying woman here (though I have been absent a bit!). Anyone impregnated should be able to get her own treatment from a provider who is trained and still willing to perform the procedure. "Late term" is not a thing. "Later abortions" happen after a fetus is expected to be developed to viability and can survive outside the uterus but are necessary due to something non-viable about the fetus (it will never be viable outside a uterus). To force someone to continue growing a fetus that will never grow a brain, or statistically speaking has a 98% chance of not surviving due to ruptured amniotic sac or other complications, or for myriad other medical issues that none of us NOT trained in obstetrics fully understand, is cruel, dangerous and unethical. Anyone trained in the science who is willing to perform the procedure in-office or by medications (has taken an oath to do no harm and still feels the procedure is appropriate), should be able to provide that health care to the patient who wants it.

I agree. Buy Bonehead Aero XXL. You can adjust it up and down. .

I have a large skull and I love Bonehead helmets. They have different shell sizes, and you can further adjust the fit by adding/removing shims in the helmet liner. I've owned several other brands, and after buying this Bonehead, I'll never buy anything else.

It's very head shape dependent, though. Because the Z1 in extra large was so close to my face that the shield did nothing but keep the wind out of my eyes -- any kick would have hit me. I tried it on, no way. But a medium KISS fits me; a large (or maybe XL) Oxygn. Same thing with motorcycle helmets. You have to try them on. Wendy P.

The old Parasport Z1 full face helmet fit my large head easily, it is too big for even the biggest Cookie G3. I can wear a size L G4 or G35, but the G3 is no good. So many people sell barely used helmets because what they thought would fit based on how another model feels...never count on that, except as a reminder there are a lot of barely used helmets for sale.

I have a very large head, a pretty large nose, and nowadays I also have a significant amount of big, curly hair. My XXL Cookie G3 just barely fits, and depending on how I tie up my hair my nose is either touching the visor or is 1 to 2 mm away from it. I'd rather have an open face but it's challenging when you wear glasses. But that's a different topic.

We did a 3 point 4 way from 2100 feet. Millennial skydivers freak out if they have to exit below 5000 feet.
