Nope, I'm perfectly capable of understanding such terms and their meaning. Don't forget that majority of movies are American, and one is probably exposed to the ways of American dialect more so than local ones here. Have you considered the possibility that the phrase, "I can't translate your gibberish into English," is not actually a PA? If the words in question are, in fact, gibberish, then what's wrong with saying that? Go read rushmc's post (if he hasn't edited it) and tell me that it contains a sensible thought. It's essentially gibberish, but any logical reading would lead one to believe the intent was to insult. The fact that quade didn't call it a PA just means he doesn't think it rises to the level of a PA. Not everyone whines about PAs everytime someone else is a big meany.
