23K for me.

Liz, they do them like twice a year at Zhills but usually get from 21K-23K. For the really high jumps you can check out Skydance Skydiving in California. I think they do them quite often. It was fun to do - but I'd rather make 2 shorter skydives! But definitely something cool to experience.

About 23K is all you'll get there. You have to go out to Cali to go higher. More like 30-40K out there.

It's not the longer plane ride I mind. But it's a lot of work for the extra flying time and it's not like you're gonna get way fancy with the dive when you are low on oxygen for the first minute. Don't get me wrong - it was fun and neat. But I'd rather save all the prep time and make 2 quick fun jumps. But that's just me.

yeah, it is SkyDance. They do 20k runs every Thursday and 30k runs about weekend every 2 or 3 months... You need at least 500 jumps, a current FAA medical and time in the compression chamber

23,500 Rantoul WFFC Sit fly.
Landed at Spectator area with a buzz(felt just like whippets-took of oxygen@ 2min warning) and sign a little kids toy parachute(I hope he wanted it signed).

18000 from a king air at couch freaks year before last. got to altitude before the skyvan and an otter so we went around. planned a simple 4 way but never even formed a round. now that's talent. also blew a cell on the old diablo.

23,500 for me, at Hinckley. Three others from 22,000 to 23,500. Nice view but probably not worth the risk or money.

36k, night, combat equipment, 02, level I train-up. Salerno DZ. It was fucking COLD. At that altitude, the positive pressure from your twin 53's just blows all out around your nose and under your goggles. It's fairly hard to exhale.
