You can add Bolas to the list as well. I just registered for WFFC today and threw a jump ticket towards the DZ.com tent. My registration, tickets, and RV slot were about the cost of a new canopy, but I can't miss the chance of jumping out of a B-17!!!!

Yup. Just got mine in the mail last week. Comes with a confirmation letter, a sticker and a patch! Woohoo, all for $65 bucks or whatever the inflated price was... grumble....

If all you got was a patch and a sticker I'd be grumblin' with ya. But for that price you also get -

- a place to put your tent for 10 days (campground would be at least $10 a night = $100 value)

- live bands nightly (figure a club cover charge is around $5 = $50 value)

- free beer and/or soft drinks (okay, so it's MGD and Miller Lite. You'd pay about $2 for it in a bar. Say you drink two free beers a night. That's 20 beers at $2= $40 value)

- 3000+ brothers and sisters to jump and party with, multiple cool aircraft to jump from, load organizers to help you make those jumps fun... (priceless)

So a conservatively figured value of almost $200 for less than $100? Sounds like a deal to me.

Geez, our outdoor clubs charge TWELVE BUCKS to get into here, and the beer is 3 bucks a copy. They aren't even very thoughtful when you start puking your guts out either. We are a much nicer group!
