Here the 45th parallel is just north of Salem, OR. It's out in the country, not real close to any town. wmw999 2,123 #46 August 17, 2009 Yeah, I guess I did it once too. Quit my job, packed my bags, and moved to the ancestral family summer home in NH. Started working as a packer & rigger at a DZ in Mass. Slept on the packing table over the weekend until I got an apartment. The gig lasted about 6 months, including the trip to Florida as part of a group, then I went back to Texas again, thoroughly refreshed. Without any built-up bills, too.
