Agree to a certain extend. On the other hand, when getting custom, if the company offers cordura for any part of the suit, I'd get it. Cordura ass, knees, and booties will save you a lot of money in the long run. - Dan G I agree. Get the cordura extras and buy the suit in black w/ a single contrast color for the grips. Focus on #2 and have a coach to debrief the jumps. Try to learn something each jump that will improve the team's ability to turn more points after the hill. As you develop a team rhythm the pace will pick up on it's own. Eventually the confidence & anticipation of turning lots of points off the hill will begin to creep into faster transitions on the hill.

Assuming your packing technique is good; If you're having hard openings with the Sabre nearly any other canopy would be an improvement. On the other hand you can get slammer openings on any parachute if your packing is junk. If you liked the vengeance, you might consider the Lotus or Samurai from Bigairsportz.
