  3. Mediation is voluntary, and nonbinding. Therefore, your time is their time. No, some people really don't care. The sense of entitlement that has gotten in to folks heads is like a narcotic. The terminus between right and wrong is severely blurred. It's sad. Pathetic. But speaks to the character of those your career has caused you to have to interact with. Run away........
  4. Give her a bag of peanuts and a pat on the ass...she'll settle. I sez counter-sue. It tends to smarten up the BS-ers. You can try, but I know for a fact that counter has horrible credit and no savings.[/reply The object is to dissuade further, and future abusers of the process. Having deep pockets is generally a plus. Besides, it's the clients decision, and the lawyers gets paid, win or lose.

  6. Hah.....! She must now prove her "damages" in a court! Looks like a suit filed for the nuisance value; hoping that the airline will settle ($$$$) out of court. Disgraceful.
  7. Do the same thing the FAA did years ago to stop hijackings. Arm the passengers. Sky Marshall's ended the era of hijackings. Arm all students and profs. School shootings may escalate for a time, but should subside to an acceptable level thereafter.

  9. Check your PC for wear, and the bridle for length and fraying.
  10. Good luck...... My sons have their degrees also, but are under-employed. The way things are, they are glad to have jobs. You may have to look out of your field. Sux, bruh..! I retired in 2008. I lucked out, for once, after 41 years of rat race bull-schidt.
  11. Sorry for the late post..... I jump a '92 Super Raven IV as my RW main. No built in turns; responsive; penetrates very well; lands like a feather. WL is 1:.8. Another jumper I know is going back to a Super Raven III as his RW canopy.

  13. Dooooood...! Yup, you're hooked. Congatz, you now have a life long monkey on your back. Just don't start knocking over 7-11's for jump money. Welcome to a new reality that so few earthlings know about.

  16. This tax the rich thing is getting dumber by the day. The super wealthy are typically deeply invested in TAX FREE gov't bonds. They don't pay tax. The lower strata of wealthy, if taxed higher, will lower their overhead. Hiring cheaper foreign workers on a legal workers visa, etc. Less jobs for US workers. The real answer is that government must cut spending.
  17. There has to be a hidden flaw in the idea somewhere. Otherwise, Congress would be a smoking crater. Don Excellent observation..!!! +++++1
  18. Dood... I got booted for that kind of talk. Unless you are talking about romance? It's a long running joke. It goes back to that fateful day at Fitzgerald, GA where I met Skymama for the first time. She walked up to me and straight up said "you're Billy? Fuck you Billy!" OMG.....!! Mama really is kool..!!
