  1. LOL........ Not yet, but at least you did agree that "family dramas" exist. And that there are guns, by law, all over Switzerland. "...family-dramas? better than shooting your kid accidently because you think they're a burglar" Your quote. So you actually believe that exterminating ones entire family is "better" than..... You have yet to tell me where I'm wrong. No myths, all real. You have admitted to that.
  2. Ohhhhhhhh....... So your earlier post was feigned ignorance? Again, tell me where I'm wrong.
  3. Yes......, I do. Tell me where I'm wrong. Or.......... Would you care to discuss the park in Zurich where junkies from all over Europe congregate, use hard drugs and used needles have become a huge public health concern? Once again, I call your BS.
  4. Gotta call you on your BS. Switzerland is the country where households have, by law, a fully automatic military rifle at hand. Required to be kept during and after compulsory military service. "Family dramas" or when a family member goes off and smokes everyone present, are common. Keep your "holier than thou", Euro-trash, anti-American attitude and lies to yourself. Others have mentioned your immaturity. I agree with them.
  5. Even Stephen King soils his linen at the thought....
  6. Hi Wendy... Having been trained and worked for a governor, and a US Senator's successful campaigns, I can assure you that dealing with the media is interacting with a whole different animal. Best to avoid.
  7. An emotional event. But the guy with the dreads fell into the media trap. Reporters will do practically anything, including trampling over new born babes, to get "the shot". Some reporters main goal/focus is solely getting their face on screen. Everything else is secondary. Bottom-feeders, all. Good advice....... Walk away, and to hell with the media.
  8. Boorish behavior, no matter which generation, is crass, distasteful and unseemly.
  9. Possibly sensory overload. Make 10-15 more jumps to get an idea what's going on, and then see how you feel.
  10. Or, perhaps he understood that if you had zero problem farting, that you would have less of a problem having a JDAM dropped on his medieval, taliban supporting butt.
  11. Spend some time with your local rigger. Ask questions about the how and what of canopies and rigs. Knowledge is useful. Get familiar with the gear. It will help build trust.
  12. An albino dwarf dressed in a clown suit carrying an AK47.
  13. "In its ruling, the court cited findings by Brandon L. Garrett, a law professor at the University of Virginia, who documented in a recent book, “Convicting the Innocent,” eyewitness misidentifications in 190 of the first 250 cases of DNA exoneration in the country." Your quote. DNA evidence has been around for sometime, too. A past change that was allowed by a Ct ruling. Remember Barry C. Scheck and his defense of OJ? Not new.
  14. Please don't ask for citations. There is a very, very long history of Cts. changing rules of procedure to allow greater latitude in examination. Eye witness testimony is recognized as being subjective, and impeachable. SCOTUS has revisited its past decisions and changed decisions. Nope, NJ ain't the first. Law is dynamic, not static. Changes all the time.
  15. Nuttin' new about that. Boiler plate basics 101 in every law school in the country.
  16. An excellent vid...... Thx for posting. I posted earlier on another thread about how a novice could pick up some good stuff on Youtube by watching the vids. Another poster flamed my comment saying "F" Youtube. Keep on posting the good stuff. You may help save someones booty one day.
  17. LMAO....................! Luv Sellers.
  18. Agreed..... Where ever you find information, be sure to talk with YOUR instructor. Ask all the questions you want. Being exposed to a variety of situations, or seeing them from which ever source, will hopefully give you a frame work of references from which you can generate questions. Be safe, and enjoy the sport.
  19. ridin' the cable counts, too..?
  20. 250... ( tower at Ft. Benning.)
  21. Hang out with your local rigger. Perhaps understanding the how and what of a rig might help your confidence.
