i am posting this for a friend... Last night at Skydive Monroe there was a Fusion 150 that was cut away from a rig and stolen... the canopy is a 150 all black with two pink cells. sn# 87251206 this is a very small dropzone with a tight group of people. someone saw what happened, please be an honest skydiver and give the canopy back or tell who took it. the police have been involved, but if the canopy makes its way home there wont be any prosecution. if anyone has any info please pm me. hey guys just a quick heads up: last weekend i was at the everglades boogie and when i registered i got a cool little arm band for the boogie. upon opening my main i tried to unzip my armwing and was unable to because the bracelet got jammed in the zipper. i struggled for a while trying to get this thing unjammed, it was a real pain in the ass. once on the ground i packed and went back up,(figured it was a one time thing)but it happened again!!!! but worse, ended up landing with the armwing still jammed. no more boogie bracelets for this guy! Quick Update: when i got my camera i updated the software online before i used it, be aware the update can fail if your connection sucks and you will never know. my camera said all firmware was up to date but in reality it never updated and caused the cam to act all kinds of weird. it is updated now and works fine, but know it can happen. i jump a wings rig and absolutely love it, wings has some of the best customer service out there. they have hooked me up with all kinds of freebies. i bought the container used, years later i come to the factory to get a longer wingsuit bridle and they hook me up with an anti-twist d-bag, cut the corners and made them dynamic, sewed up my d-bag and pc on my new bridle, and actually pulled someone off of production to make my custom 10' bridle while i waited. they will do whatever they can to make you happy, plus i hear the microns are on a 11 month wait...... i have the gopro3 black and im really having a hard time with it, seems like it will freeze up if i record in 4k, have to remove battery every time and the video never is saved. what kind of settings do you guys use for low light? whitebalance auto or 3k? protune? so far i am really dissapointed with this cam, hopefully ive just got it set up wrong. also what can i use for lighting at night? will some IR leds work? any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Hey man fyi, I dont know if they will be doing beach jumps, the last few times we tried they have been canceled. Since the last storm it caused allot of beach erosion, the staircase at the bar where we land at has been under water during everything but low tide. ill be in sabastian, lots of locals will be, they have bunkrooms for cheap and also camping on site. we have a big wingsuit crew that jumps almost every weekend. luis is always around for freefly activities, plenty of flat fliers there too. just show up and have some fun!
