It's not an agenda, it's people with experience buying from craiglist who gave an opinion, that would most likely be people who buy a lot of gear. When I need help running a DZ i'll call you, when I need an opinion if something is good or legit on Craigslist or here on the BST i'll call Paul.

I have purchased over 10 rigs from craigslist and imagine Paul has done ten times that. I normally only do ones I can pick up in person though. Some of the extras like altimeters and jumpsuits I get are donated to the new jumpers on the DZ.

Paul (likestojump) just sold a very desirable 170 canopy for $1000, pretty sure that person is super happy.

At Perris before GPS we had cloud cover and everyone was shouting GO GO GO, we refused and asked the pilot to circle down under the clouds, good thing as we were over a Mountain somewhere East.

Gear for smaller people with small canopies don't sell very well, by the time someone gets to this level they are fussy, I saw that rig and passed.I can't get rid of the really nice one I have for sale.

An older rig that has been factory or master rigger updated to current standards like aad ready and no Velcro or only velcro on risers in good condition can be an excellent value.

The one between the seats of gypsy rose, it was used to wipe your feet on when entering and exiting the cockpit.

On less than optimum fitting student gear your handles can shift a bunch from cutaway to freefall, don't spend the rest of your life pulling on your webbing trying to find the handles. Also on rigs with adjustable laterals make sure there is a keeper on the excess, I see the end of the webbing floating right next to the pilot chute on student gear, WTF?

Listen pal, first you try to kill folks by advocating ground launching stilettos, then you come on here wanting advice so you can swoop underwear sized canopy's? You sir are a menace and must be stopped!
