When the harness let's the chest strap break your neck, and it happened twice, I would call that a failure.

Have there been any documented cases of harness failure? I thought that there hadn't. Didn't some Javelins with adjustable laterals fail?

Cal city is currently closed to fun jumpers, Taft is open and they are very friendly and it has a great vibe. They only have a Cessna now unless they have a boogie going on. Lake Elsinore isn't much further but you may hit traffic.

ALL STUDENTS WILL NEED AN AAD, depending on your budget will determine whether you get brand new or used, if Cypress get four or eight service done.
