  11. I have a friend instructor in some karate discipline, blackbelt in ninjitsu, and instructor in traditional jiujitsu (japan style)... For his advanced levels in jiujitsu he told me they have it divided by Earth, Water, Wind, and Fire... He told me that part of training for the fire level he had to walk thru hot coals. For the wind level he did tandem jumps. Not sure about the earth level. And the water level he said it was easy cuz hes been surfing for like 20yrs... He talked about something like adapting the body and mind to the flow of the energy that was coming (relative wind) or some crap like that. So I guess its a lot about body awareness and mind control. I think both are good for skydiving. its called seibukan jiujitsu HISPA #93 DS #419.5

  20. Hey man, forget about what I said. Dont question the AFFI desision. That was a baaaad post from me. Sorry.... HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  21. Obviously with my jumps #s I dont know shit, but if your AFFI is pulling for you at 11500 hes not giving you any time to rectify anything. If you would normally deploy at 5000, hes taking away like 35 seconds of freefall. How he expect you to learn? Remember this is just what I think and I dont know anything HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  22. haha...thats my canopy HISPA #93 DS #419.5
  23. Yes it has... I thought I was ready to downsize a little. Ive made most of my jumps (about 30) on a sabre170 (student rented gear). I found a good deal on a Triathlon150 that will be loaded at 1.17. After reading this post I found a friend that will rent me a Tri175 for some jumps... HISPA #93 DS #419.5
