i fly a 265 fairly regularly as well. and as a blanket statement that most certainly is true. a toggle wont help you if you cant reach it before impact, be it a brain-dead skydiver who still hasnt turned (to the right, i might add..)or a large and rather stationary and unforgiving object... try your harness shift (pick up opposite leg from desired direction of turn) while going straight for risers, and pull like it matters... there is no faster method wearing a ws. period.
