  1. Agreed. At the rate shelter dogs are euthanized each year due to lack of adoptive families, the last thing we need is more puppies. Mutts are hardier too. OPT TO ADOPT!
  2. Kapd be a faszom! Menj a kurva anyadba! ...and many more. My language is very...rich. I'd rather not translate... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  3. Not a guy, but your poll is missing an important option, emotional infidelity, which is not the same as fantasizing. Emotional infidelity (google it if you are unsure what it means) is a form of cheating and can lead to physical if not stopped. Fantasizing is normal and not a form of cheating. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  4. When I took my two bozos for their last check ups in February, at some point Sid peed in his carrier. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until a week later when I opened the closet in the guest bedroom, where I keep the carriers when not in use. The shelter told us he may pee when stressed, but it hasn't happened during his initial visits... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  5. Great story! Very inspirational! "I don't go to the senior center. I don't fit in" "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  6. No questionable history or mistery documents yet but I regulary find my speakers and my router hanging by the wires off the computer desk. Time to buy an armoire. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  7. Doing it in skirts! "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  8. Then leaving them where they belong, in the sea, would be the best choice, don't you think? "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  9. Behavior in captivity bears very little resemblance to behaviour in the wild. yes they may breed, may take care of their young because they are genetically programmed to do so. A dog is a domesticated in animal, as in formed over tens of thousands of years to live as human companion. Orcas are not. With real estate becoming more of a luxury rather than a commodity I don't see this happening any time soon. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  10. Couldn't agree more. Unfortunately Keiko's release sowed that their chances of survival out in the wild would be pretty slim if none due to several factors. Their resistance to diseases is diminished, they won't have the foggiest idea how to hunt or communicate with their wild brethren. A crying shame indeed. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  11. +100 Had my Droid now for 3 weeks and am extremely happy with it's capabilities. VZW coverage is a lot better than what I had previously as well. I read so many bad reviews on the droid on VZW.com, that I'm just going to stick to my BlackBerry for now. Also, I was never a fan of Motorolla. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  12. Many people of his kind of 'wiring' have very poor interpersonal skills. He is a prime example. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  13. A VZW iPhone? Now even I would check that out!
  14. A VZW iPhone? Now even I would check that out!
  15. do you have any idea how rude you are 1st you highlight a physical problem she has, then you indicate that the product she is using is cheap and inferior (when it might be the best she can afford) then you demand a thank you. {insert PA Here} +1. Sheesh... I had to say that too many times this week... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  16. That could be easly resolved with the Firefly phone. There are two (!) buttons on the basic model, one for mom and one for dad for emergencies, plus 50 preprogrammable numbers, no texting, no problem. Not cool enough? Well tough, then you get nothing. Most of us here grew up without cell phones and computers and turned out fine. Sheesh... http://www.fireflymobile.com/glowphone/ "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  17. Are you freaking kidding me? Because she is NOT an adult. She is a teenager with her hormones running wild. I have no kids either but I worked with them most of my life. If you are not an authority figure, you are pretty much screwed and for parents it starts when you bring the little darling home from the hospital. You ARE the parent, your house, your rules, no if or buts. Quiet a bit actually, it opens the door to distraction from homework and cyber bullying. My niece had no computer of her own until she had a job and payed for it herself at the age of 18. Until then she used her parents' to do homework under supervision. There is no need for more. See above You obviously think that if a parent is in total controll of the behavior of their teenage offspring, they cannot possibly be respectful. Interesting... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  18. RIP Capt. Phil, the show will not be the same without you. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  19. This. I'm a skier, never boarded, don't want to. Something about my legs being separated. A good friend of mine was an accomplished skier when she gave boarding try. Broke her coccyx on her first lesson. (she was 28 at the time) Advice? Stay on the bunny hill, stick to powder and do it safely: wear protection "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  20. We bought one a few months ago to try to weigh our cat. We have nice, level hardwood floors. When it showed three VERY different readings in a matter of five minutes, (on us, not the cat) I returned it. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  21. Does it work out the appropriate menu options for you as well? No, I don't have one, I don't think they are accurate. I get weighed at my dr's office once or twice a year. My current gym is a 'judgement free zone' so they decided to outlaw scales in the locker rooms, so that's not an option either (stupid I know). Other than that I just go by how my clothes fit. Hubby and I eat pretty healthy and work out so our weight has been fairly steady. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  22. My MIL is into Abbys she had two, both males. Her first was named Zbigniew after Zbigniew Brzezinski, and lived to be 15, I think. Her second, Zando (not sure where the name came from)became depressed and attacked everybody who wasn't MIL when her absences became more frequent due to her work and her new love interest overseas. It became so bad that noone, including my husband and sister in law would take care of him anymore. We finally convinced her to contact a rescue group and put him up for adoption. Apparently he is doing much better, he always has company in his new home. It was a good call to get two right away.
  23. Maybe that's the problem, they are family. They are not capable of being objective with you. Also, you may be in need of a therapist, not a psychiatrist, who specializes in relationship problems. And as far as shah, please don't invoke him for pete's sake... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
