  1. I have to second CrazyIvan, California wines are the best! My favorite is the Cabernet Savignon from Gallo of Sonoma, their Chardonnay is also excellent, however Chardonnay doesn't like me back... (very unfortunate) But when it comes to Pinot Grigio it's Italy, baby! Try the one called Kris! Enjoy! "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  2. I just watched Congo (believe it or not I never watched the movie version since the book was full of technological mumbo-jumbo)The scene when they're bailing out of the plane over hostile territory is a hoot! They just start giving out rigs to everybody (not SL) without explaining what to pull and when! And that's not all! The guide jumps out while HOLDING onto a 300lb gorilla, no harness! Check it out! 3. ... except he kept suspiciously quiet about Iraq... Hmmm.... Maybe he was worried about his U.S. record sales? I think that makes him a hypocrite who is only worried about his profits...my respect for him has hit an all time low... (Nobel peace prize? Puhleeez) "I love cooking with wine. 4. I'm an AFF student who after breezing through Cat A and B came to a screeching halt at Cat C. I was unable to maintain a stable body position after release and began spinning, usually to the left. I spent endless hours on the table in front of the mirror keeping an eye on my legs- the cause of the problem. On the third try I actually nailed it- for about 10-15 seconds I was in a rock solid arch keeping to my heading then I fell apart. Started spinning, waved off and pulled by 5000. On the fourth try (the same day) I was already freaking out on the plane-not because I was scared to jump, I was scared of screwing up yet again. Perfect exit and PRCPs, good altitude awareness, and stable arch for a good amount of time after release, then all hell broke loose. I started spinning and I tried too hard compensate which sent me tumbling. I pulled by 4500. That freaked me out to no end. The first time in very short skydiving history I' m truly scared, I'm thinking about quitting and take up knitting or something more low key. My instructors tried to convince me that I did great but I did not exactly feel great about myself. Any thoughts? "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
