  1. A very good friend of mine has achondroplasia ( a type of dwarfism) and while he has a very boisterous personality, he, by no means, has an attitude. Mind you, he was never a carny... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  2. The Pit Boss? It's been on for a while. Short or not, dog rescue or not, he comes across as a big jerk... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  3. Yep, and when I get certified I'll be working with overweight dinosaurs... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  4. Sounds like you may have strained one or more muscles (possibly the Brachiocardialis Supinator, sorry can't help it, working on my Personal Training Certification
  5. First of all, try talking to her and perhaps counseling instead of a bunch of bums like us Second, the fact that you have to ask is a big red flag. Third, if there is no trust, there is no relationship IMHO. Also, her jealousy seems irrational. People will eventually have contact with the opposite sex. Duh! Fourth, looks like the honeymoon period is over. You are busy, funds are low and life happened. Well, yeah. It would have, sooner or later. Here is what you can do. If you two decide that your relationship is important enough, get your backsides to a therapist. It would be helpful if she could work on her jealousy separately as well. If this sounds like way too much effort, then cut her loose. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  6. Awesome! Love infinity edge pools. I love the ones that seem to be one with the ocean. http://www.rawiwarin.com/popup.php?pic=images/20061019/pool_at_night.jpg "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  7. Well, thank you John, but I'm happily married myself. It was a mere inquiry. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  8. Nice bod. Yours? "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  9. Other that the traditional geisha footwear mentioned by Wendy, they are just plain tacky. They deserve to be sent to fashion hell along with crocks and silicon bra straps... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  10. If there would be a cable package with Discovery, NatGeo and AnimalPlanet I'd be happy. I don't watch anything else partly due to lack of time but mainly lack of interest
  11. I hardly call your requirement for a size 8 or less as looking at what counts How many women out there have a height rule they prefer for their men? Do you like blue eyes better? Hey, Napoleon Syndrome is a nasty affliction, ya know... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  12. How about you stop trying so goddam hard? Didn't you just get separated recently and you already dated 12 women? What's the big hurry? You want to have 16 kids and walk them down the aisle before you kick the bucket? Slow down, take it easy, enjoy single life and post about something else for once. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  13. Awesome! Trekking from Katmandu to Base Camp is on my bucket list!
  14. Take the bus... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  15. I strongly agree with the general consensus here that you need to get over yourself and grow a pair. Whatever happened with verbal communication? This and some of your previous posts make you sound like a first class whiner... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  16. Consistency and the kind of 'energy' you present to to the pooch will make a big difference. If you keep yelling at him or get all worked up about the behavior it'll just get worse. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  17. You left out 'new girlfriend' option... Seriously, how about some training? I heard it really works... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  18. A well applied, subtle make up can do wonders. That being said there isn't enough time in the world for me to put make up on every time I leave the house. I leave that for date nights with hubby or other events. Clean, well maintained skin should do it. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  19. Ah, thanks. For a minute I thought that at least I'm not the only one who still can't make one of those... "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  20. Your clicky is DOA but did you mean this story? http://www.dropzone.com/cgi-bin/forum/gforum.cgi?post=3839624;sb=post_latest_reply;so=ASC;forum_view=forum_view_collapsed;;page=unread#unread "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  21. I got my Mountain Hardwear parka at Altrec.com. Thay are good but if you get the wrong size and have to do a return, they are sloooooow. So just make sure you get the right size!
  22. I have a Frigidaire front loader washer and matching dryer. I've had them since December '08 but I always wipe the rubber gasket dry with a cloth or paper towel and leave the door open when not in use. I never had a problem with smell. I like the fact that front loaders actually clean my clothes, and do so with less detergent and water. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  23. I was at Discovery Cove a year or so after it opened. I did the 'Trainer for a day' package with a small group. There was a young Scottish couple and the young man had arranged with the tainer to have one of the dolphins to deliver a floatie toy to his bride-to-be with 'Will you marry me?' written on it. Everyone thought it was very original and cute.
  24. Here is an advice and you may not like it. I can't even fathom why anybody would even consider spending hundreds or thousands for a breed that's riddled with health issues. Honestly I feel like a broken record. If you are looking for a dog that meets your requirements go to your local shelter or go to www.petfinder.com and save a life. How is that for a suggestion? Yes and flame away. I don't care. "I love cooking with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food."
  25. Wow, thats pretty harsh. Just to throw it out there not everyone wants or is prepared to take care of a rescue dog. We hear a lot of good rescue stories but trust me there are a lot of bad ones too. It's not fair to judge someone because they made an educated decision that is different from your own. While ntrprnr certainly should have worded his reply with a little more... finesse, I myself don't see why anyone would spend hundreds or thousands on a purebred, deal with potential genetic issues due to irresponsible breeding, add a few hundred for spay/neuter/shots later, plus the exact same behavior issues if you don't deal with them early on. Lab/Golden puppies are very high energy and a handfull. The shelter I used to volunteer about half of the dogs were lab mixes with an occasional purebred. There is a reason for that.
