Speaking of Keg Stands...I'm still trying to find some people that are willing to hold my fat ass up there long enough for me to get a decent drink! FallRate

Don't Mess With Skydivers!!! Las Vegas Law Suit...
FallRate replied to rapper4mpi's topic in The Bonfire
Bill, it appears to me that this will in fact limit lawsuits. There is now a precedent for what can happen to those who believe they should make every attempt to profit from tragedy by way of lawsuits. There are now very real risks in filing a lawsuit against any part of the skydiving industry. People won't be so inclined to chase free money if it means they may lose their own. FallRate -
Yeah! You'll be at the Richmond Boogie!? Can't freakin' wait. Heard many of the legends. FallRate

Ok, you may be happy but you didn't answer the question I posted in the helo thread! I'll do it again. Quote from a film you mentioned in the other thread: "That word. I do not think it means what you think it means." What is the word Jessica? FallRate

I'm not sure a second full-face requires beer, but as long as you're offering. FallRate

What exactly do you mean by "wand"? FallRate

Mama, I fit that description provided your heels are six inches or less. FallRate

You forgot: "Pray the other jumpers aren't watching you for the same cues!" FallRate

I thought that the reason they call it the UK is because the weather is always lousy. As in: "UuuuKkk, the weather here sucks!" FallRate

OK Jessica... "That word!? I do not think it means what you think it means." What's the word?

Well, seeing as I'm awake, I'll give you an opinion. I'm thinking a piggyback harness/container system with reserve and main canopies (one of each). An AAD is optional but highly recommended. I've found that an alitimeter comes in handy on occasion, so you might want to think about adding that to your list. (Sorry...wanted to do that for the longest time.) Actually, there are way too many options and variables for there to be an ideal first rig. Many people buying their first rig are concerned with cost. The least expensive containers that I know of are the Dolphin by Altico, the Genera by Rigging Innovations and the Naro by PISA. All three are Safe and Affordable. As far as canopies go, there are a bunch of gently used main canopies on the market which really helps to save money. Reserves with no prior use (or very little) are also available from people who have decided to downsize their complete rig. But the best way to go about choosing a rig is to talk to a rigger/dealer and other more experienced jumpers at your home DZ, and talk to them extensively! If you do decide to purchase per-owned gear, you should have a rigger inspect it thoroughly before you make the purchase. If cost is not a factor, well then, you make too much money!!! FallRate

JT, any chance you currently reside in Singapore? I figure if they won't let chewing gum into that country they probably wouldn't allow skydiving either. FallRate

First BASE eh? Does that mean you owe beer or do BASE'ers pay their firsts with something else, like adrenaline shots? FallRate

I'm not a doctor and I don't play one on TV, but I have told a few women at the bars that I am a doctor, and a couple of them have believed me. Does this count for anything? I hope you get the help you need! FallRate

Ahh crap...where did I put my calculator? FallRate

While undergoing regressive hypnotic therapy, I discovered that during the entire two year period I had successfully blocked-out, I was delivering pizzas. Tramatic indeed! My therapist and I are currently working to once again remove any memories I may have from that period in my life. On a more serious note, delivering pizzas is like working at McDonalds, but when delivering you have to drive to the customer's house to be treated like human garbage. I still have a few customers' names on my "People To Kill" list. FallRate

The only thing I know about audio components is that Solid-State amps suck ass. Tubes rule! Unfortunately, they are considerably more expensive. While I'm at it...CD's suck too (but not so much as to be intolerable). FallRate

I'm trying...I'm trying! That's really the point...I want a woman to do that with, without having to worry about my stupid male mentality screwing things up. Just imagine.... You let some gas go in the car... Girlfriend: UHH! Do you have to do that in the car!? Boyfriend: Dude! Nice one. My turn! You've been drinking all night and are starting to get sick... Girlfriend: Honey, I think it's time you call it a night. Boyfriend: Dude! You have to fight through it. Have another shot! Just seems like it would be much easier to be gay. FallRate

A 7.32 for your pick Paula!? Something is very wrong with the people here!!! FallRate

I'm not sure whether or not the pictures in the Mug-Gallery are being judged on artistic grounds or whether or not the women show their breasts, but come on!!! A 7.37 for CrazyMel's mug-shot? WTF? She's just damn cute in that picture! You should all be ashamed! Dark clouds and out of date reserves for the lot of ya! Thought I'd do a little self righteous post-whoring. FallRate

Sorry about the title, but I wasn't getting any attention with my original subject heading. Sooooooo..... I figure Summerfest is close enough to get a fair count of the DZ.com'ers who will be attending. So...who will be attending? I'll be there for the second weekend...like anyone gives a flying rats ass if I live or die in this hellish wasteland....err...bit of self-pity there, sorry. Just getting sick of North Dakota...I miss my friends. Is a 2000 mile weekend trip to visit me too much to ask!? OK, maybe it is. Hoping to see some friends in Ottawa! Old or New!
