  1. I say buy a custom rig form a manufacture that specializes in big guy rigs and uses type 13 webbing that is less likely to slip!
  2. Yes it is just you! Hey check out the Racer Rum Runner Trailer in the background!
  3. I hope that she picked out jumpsuit orange for her fall color selection!
  4. Yeah, you can tell you work for government and have way too much time on your hands.
  5. Let me see, you drink girly fruit drinks and stand around the fire at a boogie holding an anatomically correct inflatable sheep and slap its ass to make it bawwwwh. Yeap, you GAY
  6. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Being a bitch boy for you for a week would make the Adkins diet look like a wast of time.
  7. Medium????????? You obviously didn't hear the sonic booms from our two-way head down beach jump!
  8. Wanna bet? 220 is what Amazon and I start at you light weight!
  9. Beth is one of the nicest people you will ever get to meet. With that said all I can say is think "high maintenance" hehehehe.
  10. This was a hard boogie to leave and as such I was the last one out. Things that rocked! Mike Igo and the great staff for a kick ass boogie! Kick ass planes, Todd and Lisa for their hospitality, all of the Pink Mafia girls, drunk bowling, Laurel's drunk bowling dance (hehehe), The Shed, meeting all of the wonderful DZ.comers, Amazon for letting me live, great food, great parties, beads, wedding jump, the Jacuzzi and the beach jump. Things that made me go hummmmmm! CLAY: I don't know what is worse, the fact that they really make anatomically correct inflatable sheep that baahhh when you slap its ass or the fact that clay has one! Wondering if the number of pallets that were acquired for the nightly fires were going to cause a national lumber shortage. Things that sucked! Rain and leaving. Hope everyone had a safe trip home and see ya next year.
  11. Well, it was another kick ass day here. 74F and sunny all day long. And yes, if you are not hear you truely SUCK! 200mph high speed pass at sunset to top off the day. Everyone stay safe, have fun and come play. Mike
  12. DaGimp SUCKS I can't believe he would ruin a great boogie. Some people.
  13. You SUCK Don't you dare bring bad mojo! I can't believe you even said the W word. It is just a given that we are going to have great wxxxxxx. so that we can jump our asses off during the day and party all night!
  14. So that people are not misled, stitch count may not mean crap. It depends on what you are sewing and what with (#5 cord or E thread). If Wings is using #5 cord on their harnesses at five stitches per inch then they are exactly in the middle of the standard of 4-6 stitches per inch. If Mirage is using "E" thread at 12 stitches per inch then they are at the high end of the standard of 8-12 stitches per inch. And more is defiantly not always better. Based on the above, Wings is sewing the harness correctly. If they were to use 12 stitches per inch using #5 cord it could cause a catastrophic zipper failure of the harness and would be built outside of the standard. If you are going to make statements of fact you need to include all of the information so that the intelligent readers that read the information can make informed decisions.
  15. I disagree. You are only addressing the "kill factor" vs. the durability and non-slip factor and those far out way catastrophic openings. And if given the choice, I would rather have a harness that is less likely to fail.
  16. A couple of points: 1. Type 13 is the only type that can be used in military applications. Why? Because it is stronger, more durable and less likely to slip. 2. Type 13 does not slip as easily through the friction adaptors and therefore does not require re-tightening. 3. If you can get a stronger harness at no additional cost why wouldn't you? Remember that the ratings are under testing conditions and not after they have been used, exposed to the environment and everything else that we put them through. Also the hardware may be the weakest link but remember stainless is rated higher and each adapter only takes half of the load on average. Cost wise, nope. Strength, durability and slippage, yes.
  17. Yeah right, next you will say "trust me". Honestly officer, I was trying to help the sheep over the fence!
  18. And you think I'm going to let you use my cutaway rig? NOT!
