What doe You Want to See in Health Care
harryskydives replied to lawrocket's topic in Speakers Corner
My experience with the government.. Filling out paper recording the time you spent filling out paperwork. When shipping freight for the government. every item had to be signed off line for line to the manifest docs.. time to unload a trailer full of government freight: 4 times as long as any other, always... Last week I strained my calf. Really bothering me, so I called my Dr. She is out of town so they scheduled me with another for the next day. I was not happy with the care. So the next day I walked into another Dr’s office, he came to the frount desk, saw me between other appointments with in about ten minutes. He worked on my legs, iced, taped ect. I left and then called 5 minutes after I left and said I wanted another apt because I felt much better. He scheduled 48 hrs later, when I wanted it. Maybe you should give up on goverment care and come to Oregon and pay for your health care Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Do you think Obama will make some good changes in our economy?
harryskydives replied to real1324's topic in Speakers Corner
Less than a week after the taxpayers rescued AIG, execs blow $440000 on blowout party .. The insurance products were stable; they had the reserves to pay claims. It was the management co that was hurting, because they could not borrow money. Maybe because they were too big and do not manage their money well. Every state has an Insurance fund. If an insurance company can not meet its obligations the state fund takes over, and other insurance companies will pick up the polices. The bail out means other Insurance companies that are responsible must compete with Aig that gets $85 billion so they can go after their competitors business. SCOTUS: Gitmo detainees can go to civil courts
harryskydives replied to crwtom's topic in Speakers Corner
The military seems to have done a piss-poor job in separating real enemies from innocent people, as the number released from their captivity shows. 5. Finally, the population of persons deemed not to be enemy combatants – mostly Uighers – are in fact accused of more serious allegations than a great many persons still deemed to be enemy combatants. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I also agree: charge, have a military tribunal, ( Maybe they did get some that a public trial would bring out sensitive information) and sentence or release them. I suspect that once the awakening forces hear of the civil trials few will make it to US prisons. I keep hearing about the large number released. So I guess they did charge many. SCOTUS: Gitmo detainees can go to civil courts
harryskydives replied to crwtom's topic in Speakers Corner
I also, believe they should be charged and tried by the Military Justice system. And quite a while back. Apparently many have, and have been released. _____________________________________________________________________________ I would be fine with that, provided the military court follows the rules laid down by the Constitution "BV" _________________________________________________________________________ detainees in Guantuanomo Bay should have the right to have their case heard in a civil court. _________________________________________________________________________ Once you give enemy combatants Rights under our US Constitution and the right to a civil trial, the next step is: when do those rights start?. Only after they have been turned over to a US controlled camp? once they have been captured by a US soldier? once they hook up a road side bomb intended for, but not necessarily used anginst, an American? -

The slippery slope theory: Just want to introduce you to my squad: Sgt Brown Heavy weapons specialist. Sgt Jones light weapons specialist. Sgt Smith Communications. Sgt Lopez Demo and can fix what is broke. Sgt Becker Medic Two new Members Lt M Watters He is the New team leader JAG specialist, He has no combat experience, his speciality is Combatant rights. WO K Ras He also has no combat experience but will help you with your daily shooters repot. And will call San Francisco, I mean, Washington to ask permissions before you can use explosives. In the event that you capture any combatants that are not in a recognized uniform and have a military ID, You can use you sat phone to call for a civilization Lawyer. Sorry air support will be too busy moving the civilian lawyers around, so no more medivac or emergency extraction. Do not forget you must fill out a report that is reviewed by congress, as to the usage of any ammo, before you can be resupplied. An do not forget to read the enemy their rights, and ask them to surrender before you fire on them -
The issue is negligence, not god.. If you neighbor just put the cap on himself, and did not do a proper job. I would bet his homeowners would have to pay. If a contractor did the work and did not do a proper job, he should be able to subrogate back against the contractor. If the cap had been there for many years and it was a big wind storm..., what did your neighbor do that was negligent? Wind blows, trees fall, ect.. Any way, your comp not collision coverage would fix your car. You might have a lower deductible on the comp and no penalty for a comp claim. Ask your agent. If you have your car fixed by your auto Insurance you do not have to right to settle with your neighbor. Now it is the Insurance co that subrogates, and your insurance company might not fix your car if you have taken a settlement from the neighbor Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

So I am an Insurance agent.. If your Insurance is in force you should get a letter from your agent and take it to the cleark of the court asap. Do not wait for a court date.. Just because your papers showes insurance untill 2009 you still have to pay.. Where do you live that they take your plates?? Also I used to junp a Talon Main: Fury 220 ft² Reserve: Raven II 218 ft² 20 years ago... Hope the old lady does not decide her neck hurts... I do not know about insurance in Germany, or Texas for that matter. But here your home owners or renters insurance would cover that kind of loss, not your auto insurance.. Any way I hope you find your gear. Some crack head stole some gear from the trunk of a teammates car. The gear was recovered when they tried to sell it a nearby dropzone.
