Hey Max Sorry to hear. But often a good deal in the long run. Now you can come to Oregon and make a few jumps this summer. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Hey Frank: go to http://www.skyleague.com/ and click 2004 and see the rules. I know you are not in the US but it is a good format. As an intermediate team you will not exit a star. I like the meeker, side body, stair step diamond exits. But what every works. Click on the airspeed articles on this forum, just above. Hope to see you at a meet some day. Hey Frank, Is dive 5 the second dive. Or is there more than one dive on the 1st presentation. Any way on dive 5 the transition from the crank to zig requires only the out side center to move. the wings do not need to switch piece partners. I am sure Ron will be here in a minute to help out. also on a side body the point usually faces out and tail in. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

wow i like your presentation. Tell me how i can do that. Then when we show up at the dz on saturday morning every one knows the dives and continuity plan. I aggree that we usuall build the juan with the point out facing and compressed on the inside center. Also 5 randoms are the most you would do at a time. A new team might want to stick to 3 or 4 to get in more repeat transactions. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Be careful that your insurance company does not subrogate against the owner of those stairs that caused your fall. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

I am an insurance agent. I write Life Insurance. Insuring pilots is no big deal, No upcharge if current. Like I said, if you get your life insurance before you start skydiving, No problem. But we are already skydivers. Most life companies seem to up charge or exzempt skydiving. Uspa offers some life insurance, and group plans would not, (must read the contract) Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Independant contractors and taxes
harryskydives replied to dsbbreck's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
At the DZ where I do tandems, coach ect. We get paid directly by the student. The student gives us a ticket, (envelope with the money in it). Then i pay my packer directly. I just write this on the envelope. Ie T-1 12-06-03 $34 paid Packer $9. If i pay a single packer $600 per year I have to 1099 them. I spread the packing around. Then I just total this up for my tax preparer. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time... -
So in New York if you apy for life insurance, everything else being equal: a skydiver and a non skydiver. The rates are the same and no skydiving exclusion? Ps Are you a insurance agent? Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Different states have different rules. In Oregon if you get your policy before you skydive they can not go back and change it. So it would pay if you were killed skydiving. If when you fill out the app and say you sky dive they can waiver the death benefit, do to stated activities. If you skydive and lie, it could be a material misrep, and the might deny the death benefit. But if you quit skydiving, applied for life insurance, then started jumping again the 2 year rule might work. You just have to keep checking with life companies. Most agents will not know the answer, they will have to check with the underwirter. It would affect the cost in any case. Maybe an upcharge or not qualify for ultra preferred. What state do you live in? Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Hey Judy, switch to point. He seems to do the kicking and not get kicked too often. Then again he was complaining that his knee was still sore from contact with my head. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

10 way at Elsinore Saturday, oh yeah. Havent jumped since Eloy over Xmas. so I will be so ready. I am thinking about cancelin my gym membership. That would pay for some more jumps. I am in great shape because I have been shoveling snow and ice for the past few days. It is starting to melt today. I assume the weather is warm there in So cal. ultra high sonic detterent..... If you have the amplitude up enough to do some good, it will give you a headache, and make you grumpy. So turn it off when you are working in the garage. My neighbors cat would get into my garage and piss and spray. I had to throw out some carpeting and cushions. So now i keep it closed up, the garage not the cat. I tried one of those sonic deterrents, for my neighbors dog, to stop its barking. I could tell that it could hear it, but it just made it bark more. a woman aboard a flight was arrested after a confrontation with an air marshall. .............. My opinon: the air marshall should not have blown his cover to handel a drunk. Perhaps the flight attendents should look at hng security guards. If Royce Gracie or Ken Shamrock told her to sit down I bet she would. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Hey Sunny: Cheri the massage therapist will be in Eloy. You might want to see her early and often. Most 4-8 way competitors will tell you they have jumped injured, shoulder injurys are very common. Flying in a mantis position relieves a lot of stress on the shoulder. Stay away from stuff like Stardian, photon. If you are boogie jumping and the load organizer has you doing something that might put a lot of stress on your shoulder, tell him during the dirt dive, he will understand. Hope your shoulder get better. PS this time tomorrow is should be in freefall. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time...

Help buying a digital still camera
harryskydives replied to harryskydives's topic in Photography and Video
I am thinking about buying a digital still camera. When i was looking at them, the sales people seemed not to know of any that had a connection for a remote switch. Also once you go above 3.2 mpixel the price goes up fast. Any suggestions on witch on to get. I do not want to spend any more than a couple hundred dollars. I do have a camera helmet set up but seldom jump it. I use a poloroid for my work but plan to use this camera instead. If i get a new camera i would like to be able to jump it. Any suggestions. I posted this in the vid forum, but i think those peeps are into big buck gear. Don't run out of altitude and experience at the same time... -

a few areas here in the US that could give Iraq a run for their money in the grand old sport of firing into the air. the cries of 'Yeeeee-haw!' procede a shotgun blast, allowing for a louder more full-bodied sound. It is true that we did this quite frequently in tennessee, but only with a shotgun, and only towards a field. I never heard of a cow, dog or person being hurt. But, we did not have the internet. As it was raining here this past weekend, i watched too much news. The news showed many people firing in celerbration, Mostly Ak-47, some hand guns and some mac-10 lookings things. The AK seemed to be fired about 60-70 degree. They seemed to have no concern for where they were firing, ( not looking where they were firing). What kind of mind set do these people have when they can bust a cap not knowing who or what are down range. Must be Allah's will if some one dies.
