there are plenty of skydivers who live in the annapolis/severna park area. come jump at delmarva and you'll meet them all. i'm about a half hour away from the area but am down there pretty frequently.

I actually think thats a great idea. While there are probably plenty of sites online for pilots to post, this would be a great opportunity for jump pilots to get together and discuss aspects of flying jumpers, not just general aviation.

the local radio station, DC101, heard about this and did their own version of it called Water Wars. i didnt really follow it but it sounds like it would be a ton of fun if you didnt have anything better to do. i'm pretty sure they'll be doing it again later this year, too.

Skydive Maryland is a tandem factory. The $5000/funjump listed here on dz.com I would assume is them trying to be funny while telling you that you can't jump there. Skydive Delmarva tickets are $23. Much more reasonable
