So McGahn is leaving, and per Trump it's all good - he served well and is now moving on after doing a great job.

Trump: "White House Counsel Don McGahn will be leaving his position in the fall, shortly after the confirmation (hopefully) of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the United States Supreme Court. I have worked with Don for a long time and truly appreciate his service! . . .Been here now it'll be almost two years and a lot of affection for Don. He's done an excellent job."

But wait, what's this today?

Trump: "The Rigged Russia Witch Hunt did not come into play, even a little bit, with respect to my decision on Don McGahn!"

So McGahn was fired after testifying to Mueller, and Trump fired him over it.

You have to wonder what Trump found out about McGahn's testimony this morning.

Remember that interview Trump gave with Lester Holt?

Yep, totally fake.

Soooo...

Well over a year since it was first broadcast, and now it's an issue?

And how in the world does someone 'fudge' an interview like this? I understand 'selective editing' can be a issue, but there's no indication of that.

And when was Lester Holt 'caught'?

But, of course, the Trumpettes will now repeat that the interview was fake, Trump never admitted that he fired Comey over the Russia investigation and that NBC was actually caught doing something other than telling the truth.
Trump definitely knows how to work the fools. Damned good con man.

Like F. W. de Klerk, the last white leader of South Africa. trump stands up to a demographic which assaults their values.

Not that it is in anyway important to this thread, but the only thing F.W. de Klerk has in common with Trump is that that they are both white.

PS. You need to work on on your sentence structure. All those full stops make for very difficult reading.

Thanks for the critique. Poor structure arises when I'm listing to CNN on one channel, CNBC on another and wasting time here. Yes that was for Marc.

I am a little unfamiliar with F.W. de Klerk's actual participation in sustaining the apartheid efforts. Especially as he was the last president. Just being lazy to throw his name out, but my point was trump loves to play the racial card.

Nothing in the list you disputed had anything to do with the Trump Tower meeting.

Which of those facts do you disagree with, and why?
Do you want to have an ideagasm?

So it's time to update the list of indictments that have come from this investigation "that nothing will come of." We are now at 32 indictments - Cohen, Manafort, Papadopoulos, Gates, Zwann, Flynn, Patten, Pinedo, Netyksho, Antonov, Badin, Yermakov, Lukashev, Morgachev, Kozachek, Yershov, Malyshev, Osadchuk, Potemkin, Kovalev, Prigozhin, Bystrov, Burchik, Krylova, Bogacheva, Polozov, Bovda, Ogly, Podkopaev, Vasilchenko, Kaverzina and Venkov.

It is also worth noting that Patten, like most of Trump's associates, got in trouble for working with Russian agents and then lying about it.

And none of those you link have anything to do with Russian collusion!

>And none of those you link have anything to do with Russian collusion!

Per prosecutors, Patten bought tickets to Trump's inauguration on behalf of the Russians, using a Cypriot bank account to launder the money. He then lied to investigators about his work with the Russians.

Collusion with Russians just before Trump's inauguration - hard proof, in black and white. And a Trump insider just confessed to that crime. He also confessed to funneling foreign money illegally into the Trump inaugural fund.

So looks like some of your favorite sound bites just bit the dust (pun intended) -

There was no collusion! Sorry, Patten colluded with Russians and lied about it.
It had nothing to do with the Russians! Nope, that doesn't work either.
It was way before the election! Nope.
absolutely nothing is going to become of the Mueller investigation! 32 indictments, 6 guilty pleas, 1 guilty verdict. And counting.

Looks like you'll need some new sound bites.

Have a good weekend!

Everything you post there and still no Trump Russia collusion. Not even a smidgen of evidence.

you got your talking points down perfect but then the way CNN and the rest of them repeat their BS daily it's not too hard for people to remember what they need to say.

What was the point of the article? Basically, it says the widower of a dead woman who had worked for Bill Clinton 15 years ago, had been in contact with Russian lobbyists on behalf of the private firm he now works for.

So what? Seriously, what is the implication here?

1: There was NO COLLUSION!
2: There was NO COLLUSION between the Trump campaign and the Russians!
3: There was NO COLLUSION between Trump himself and the Russians!

Eagerly awaiting your next backpedal.

4: There was NO COLLUSION that Trump knew of at the time between his campaign and the Russians!

5: There was NO COLLUSION between Trump and the Russians in the period Jun 11 - Nov 1 2016!

Now this is just awesome.

Russian spy Maria Buttina, currently sitting in a US jail cell awaiting trial on conspiracy and acting as an unregistered agent of a foreign government, tried to broker a massive deal for Russian jet fuel to be sold in the US, one that would have netted her $1 million. This is above and beyond any Russian money she laundered through the NRA for Trump's campaign.

Who came up with this idea? David Keene, president of the NRA.

Who did most of the work? Paul Erickson, board member with the American Conservative Union. Who is very much missing now, by the way.

This is like an episode of Scandal. But one where everyone is incompetent.

I am a little unfamiliar with F.W. de Klerk's actual participation in sustaining the apartheid efforts.

That much is obvious. Perhaps the fact that he shared the Nobel Peace prize with Nelson Mandela might give you a clue.

Smarter than you think: Turns out, children can differentiate between leaders and bullies

https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/magazines/panache/smarter-than-you-think-turns-out-children-can-differentiate-between-leaders-and-bullies/articleshow/65671866.cms

WASHINGTON D.C [USA]: Turns out, infants have the ability to differentiate between leaders and bullies.

According to a recent study, 21-month-old infants can distinguish between respect-based power asserted by a leader and fear-based power wielded by a bully.

The study reported a standard approach for measuring expectations in children too young to explain their thinking to adults. This "violation-of-expectation" method relies on the observation that infants stare longer at eve.

Previous studies had shown that infants can recognise power differences between two or more characters.

Renee Baillargeon, who conducted the new research said, "For example, infants will stare longer at scenarios where larger characters defer to smaller ones. They also take note when a character who normally wins a confrontation with another suddenly loses, but little was known about infants' ability to distinguish between different bases of power."

Yet trump supporters can't!!!! Ironic eh Marc?
