    STOP!

Do you know how often I see hammerpants these days? Do you know how much I would love a pair of hammerpants these days? If I figure out where all these women (well, people.. I've seen a lot of men wearing them too) are buying them, I'll pick you up a pair.
  2. It didn't list invisible But my bicycles are white!

  4. Next month marks a year since my last jump. I know I won't jump again for at least a year and a half. It sucked handing over my rig for safe keeping, but this last year has been worth taking the time off. The sky will be waiting for you when you're ready to return
  5. I run in Merrell Gloves (and wear them almost everywhere else as well). They're worth the cost for me. It was impossible to find shoes with a sole the same thickness from heal to toe, and there's no way I'd run barefoot in Korea (Shit roads, no grass, debris everywhere, just not safe IMO). Anyways, I hope you enjoy the journey
  6. She wouldn't know... SOMEONE backed out. oh I'm SOOOO sorry. but i just had to go get xrays, shots, & pain meds. it seemed like a way better way to spend my evening than with you. Everything okay?
  7. Good idea... Jo: no electronic devices. You just want to see if mine is blue. like hell i wont have a camera I'm not afraid to search you. Kinky. But I guess i know what to get you for a late b-day gift. Brz, could you send me his size after this trip please? Thanks
  8. How they make peanut butter?
  9. 1) If you get bored and enjoy live music, there is a really great band going to KL next month. I forget their name, they've been at a bar here in Seoul since January, and should get to Malaysia next month. I'll find out what bar they'll be playing and let you know. 2) Badass. Look forward to hearing about your travels! 3) if you find yourself in Seoul, let me know
  10. Oh and get some Tinactin. Doesn't matter how breathable your shoes are, spray your feet down before you put your shoes on EVERY time
  11. Just for that, I almost want to go buy a stupid pair of crocs (although, the ones that look like buckets are icky icky icky. And the word crocs freaks me out. But if I pretend it's not written on the side, the pair my husband owns is pretty cute) Nikes are no good, IMO. NB are definitely better. They don't work well for my feet, but I do like them. I had like 800 pairs of those silly pink NB (they came in a bunch of other colors too) in high school. Everything had to be pink
  12. You really think New Balances are any better? If he's looking for a semi-professional shoe that are multifunctional, then most likely wearing a pair of Crocs like this is fine. Other options: http://www.merrell.com/US/en-US/Product.mvc.aspx/7074M/0/Mens/Jungle-Moc?dimensions=0 Great shoes, not a good summer shoe though. Will survive the Korean monsoon season looking great, however. http://www.merrell.com/US/en-US/Product.mvc.aspx/22889M/0/Mens/Pathway-Moc-Canvas?dimensions=0 Lighter version. If tennis shoes type shoes are A-okay, merrell has a great line of "barefoot" shoes. I have a couple pairs in different styles, and I'm pretty happy with them. They've taken me all over Korea. http://www.merrell.com/US/en/Men-Footwear-Shoes-Barefoot Just checked out the Keen website, and I withdraw that suggestion. They have good lightweight closed shoe solutions for women, but not so much for men. edit: forgot the clickies Also, wasn't trying to sound snarky by any means, Meso. Realized it could come across that way when I reread what I wrote.
  13. They actually have crocs that look like real shoes now! It's weird. OP, you might actually find what you're looking for in one of the new styles of crocs. I feel dirty in a not good way when I think one of the new pairs of crocs is cute but some of them actually are kinda cute. & they're still just as comfortable as the old uggo ones. You and me both. Do you know how hard I fought letting Patrick get a pair of those beachy looking slip on crocs? Yeah, like six months.

  15. A pair of Merrells or Keens.
  16. I is all over CNN and just about everywhere else Yeah, I use living in Korea as my excuse to not pay attention to the news. It's not as though I can leave CNN playing on TV while I'm home. So if it doesn't make the front page of Yahoo! it takes me a while to find out.
  17. Link? ETA: Nevermind, googled it.
  18. More than I ever needed to know about chigger bites. And I don't care what it says, nail polish works dang it.
  19. was just about to suggest this. I got chigger bites a few weeks ago (thought they were regular ole mosquito bites before they swelled up to the size of silver dollars). Put some nail polish on the bites before bed, and they were almost gone by the next morning!
  20. Are you sure you're actually interested in women? Brz, loving the shoes
  21. Any other strange changes in food preferences? Well my tastes have always been strange (for instance I can go weeks eating only Thai food -- currently trying to control that binge). The Thai food thing is neither strange nor something to be controlled. Since I really started messing w/ making Thai food I had eaten little else. Ok, sorry, didn't mean to call Thai food strange by any means What I meant is eating habits are strange. I tend to eat only a small handful of variety for months at a time. Last spring it was pizza from a particular restaurant, and there was a point I wanted breakfast burritos with salami all the time. Until I learn how to make pad Thai, yeah, my Thai cravings definitely need to be controlled. Gets expensive eating out all the time. Are you using a particular recipe book or are you just using the internet for recipes?
  22. Have you SEEN my handwriting? Yes, and it doesn't matter if you have readable handwriting. What matters is that you took the time to write a thank you note and give it a person.
