  1. I hope we get this at our TB over here.
  2. This isn't fair. I shouldn't be having a miscarriage at 21 years old.
  3. Nice! I'm sure soon enough you'll have tons of info on jumping and everything else
  4. Are you PCSing, or just going TDY? Typically when you move overseas, the military has their own method of issuing you a driver's license that fall in line with the SOFA agreement. The other stuff, I don't know, since I'm in Korea. We left our guns and rigs with family Lucky for you, there is jumping in the UK

    Hell...

It's is an extraordinarily old joke. Yeah, I googled it before I posted... Definitely not a legit question/answer, and apparently it first surfaced in the mid-90s. The science nerd in me was still entertained by it, though.

    Hell...

According to Google, this has been around for quite some time. However, I just saw it tonight and wanted to share
  7. QuoteOnce upon a time there was a one-legged man and his loyal dog Neo Sporin. He went to Wok his dog at a chinese opium den filled with New York Giants, when out of the haze there suddenly came a glowing fart!
  8. Thanks for the well-wishes. I sold the AAD last year when we moved out to Korea, since it will expire before we move home (now that I think about it, need to ask hubby if he wants to sell his). The rig will be harder to part with, but you make a good point. I know I won't be jumping this summer (wouldn't that be a sight, the start of a baby belly and getting current after a year and a half away ), and likely won't jump for the first year or two. And like you said, who knows how many kids will come and how quickly. Much as I would love to jump ASAP, I know I won't for awhile. This might of been a different story, if we'd spent the last year in the States, jumping on the weekends. And, Ski, I'm not having TWINS! At least, I don't think I am. Would love it, if I do, though. Okay, everybody, THINK TWINS!
  9. Don't know yet. Looking like late September, early October. We'll get a better guess once I get an ultrasound.
  10. Boom. Yeah, that's a Christmas tree in the background. Don't judge me.
  11. HA. I love it! Thanks everyone! We really couldn't be more thrilled. Ski, oops John and Amazon, totally planning on going the Mitchell way with our kids! It'll be great to have free packers when I get current again
  12. Your baby sister, is reading this shit. Lets face it, it's not the worst thing you've ever seen of me on here. Thanks for reminding me.
  13. Whatever is cheap and looks good. The last five pairs of jeans I bought (2009) were from a thrift shop. They were $2 each, and were all good brands: Gap, Ralph Lauren, Guess. The Gap jeans were perfectly worn in and comfy, the others look like they'd been worn twice. Before that I bought jeans from PacSun on sale for $10. Bullhead brand, maybe?
  14. I commute anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on traffic that day (the traffic in Seoul is not predictable at all). Oh and I am a volunteer, not a paid employee. However, the experience I'm getting is killer, and will hopefully help me get into my desired grad program. I'm learning so much in what will hopefully be my future career field. The nice thing is I don't have to drive if I don't want to, so I can read a book/take a nap/whatever if I choose to ride the bus or subway.
  15. Ditto. I planned 12 dates for my husband. One per month for the next year. The two of us made almost all the gifts we sent back to our family. Made about 20 rosaries and plus a few other things for the non-Catholics in the family. It was a good Christmas.
