Wanna talk unfair? My bicycle tires at retail $65 each. You can often find them for about $50. The rear lasts about 1500 miles (4 months of riding), the front 2000. Considering even your budget Kenda's (which weight probably about 15 ls): Your tires are about $6.50 per pound. Mine are $100 per pound. Who's getting fleeced? PS: I tried Kenda's on the bicycle. Crap. PPS: I ride Michelin's on the SV, so I'm getting another fleecing there! lol Remster

You know, instead of chicken-wiring it to make it work (and close to landing isnt the time to mess around with taking wraps of line around your hands IMO), you could have installed longer risers to your rig to effectively lengthen your flare stroke. Remster

In Borneo. We were landing at the International Airport, while they were putting the regular flights in a holding pattern. It was kinda cool to walk back to the packing area and have 747 land a couple hundred yards away... The sunset load beach landing by the hotel were nice too... Remster

It's hard to tell considering the wide angle of the camera. Maybe those bushes are really much closer in, and 50 feet tall. In fact, it could be a redwood forest. Impossible to tell. Remster
