I live 2 hours or less from all of those and drive 3 hours to jacksonville.... why???? cause I like the itty bitty teeney weeney DZ's.... why????? no drama..... And I've only been to one of those on that list... maybe im wrong for judging the other three but I am very very very shy in person and cant hardly pay people to talk to me at big DZ's. Ive been to 4 bog ones in my short jump life and its been that way at all of them... funny cause I always shower before I go so I know I dont stink....

We have 4 kids now and I always took at least 3, we were expecting for a Christmas baby, (God had other plans for us ) and we were eating at a local cafe and my husband made 8 trips to publix (grocery right next door) buying different types, I swear I never drank so much sweet tea in one sitting before!!!!

I think the white one is the prettier of the two, however they are both god choices....

I prefer it, but only with the major ones that have secure websites. I always also get a confirmation number. I started doing b/c I can set it to remind me that the bill is due, otherwise I forget and the paper bills get lost.

The lowest I have done was a hop n pop for aff graduation from 3500'. We were at northern DZ about 2 years ago and it was a horrible nasty rainy day, at the first clear they put a small load up, we got 2500 on the first load, I rode the plane down, figure if it aint an emergency I aint getting out that low. They put up 3 loads that day and my SO jumped all 3 the last being 1700'. Too low for me.... I like to have plenty of room in case something goes wrong....

Which time..... No really, in junior high I was a pistol... Can't really remember a whole lot of what I did, other than the typical skipping school, smoking in the bathrooms, drinking behind the ag shed... silly stuff... but boy we thought we were "cool"..... It seems like every morning my 7th grade year as a part of the morning annoucements, my best friend and I always got called down for our morning whooping by the principal..... finally they caught on that the spankings didnt phase us and we were stuck doing "saturday school" which really stunk because all thru jr & sr high we were both very active in rodeo and that caused us to miss out... we really straightend up then,.....

Thanks to everyone who replied... you all made me feel 100% better about my decision. I was absolutely sick when I left the DZ and didnt jump... BUT there will always be another day.....

I know if I was in her shoes, and my late husband had dhared something that significant with me, I would chase the ends of the world trying to prove or disprove it. I have seen an R/C plane at a DZ I visited that was pretty much just a triangle, but was very aerobatic. I think the name starts with a Z???? I need one for a Christmas present, so how to locate info would be great too...Thanks!

My day starts at 6:15, get to my actual job at 8, leave between 4:30 and 5, go home to start job two, taking care of 4 kids, and 2 horses, house cleaning, and laundry.... I usually make it to bed well after 9pm.... so over 12 hours... my day job is the easy part.....

I am thankful for Jesus... without him what would life be? I am thankful for my kids, they are truly 4 blessings that make my world what it is. I am thankful for my hubby of 10 years, I am very blessed to have a wonderful man. I am thankful for my horses, they love me unconditionally and seem to know when im upset and offer me a quiet peace of just standing by my side while I cry on their shoulders. I am thankful that we are able to provide for our kids and give them happiness. I am thankful for my job, another area where I am truly blessed. Thanks for the thread.... its nice to stop & think about our blessings.

I totally understand the "vibe" thing. My hubby calls me crazy when I use the term "gut instinct". I can't off hand remember when my "vibes" have been wrong or far off.....
